Great hotel comfy beds breakfast was hot and clean

Propety is newer and well maintained. Rooms were clean. Carpets in hall ways looked new.

Very clean, the room is big and have more amenities. The All was super, the breakfast very good and delicious with a lot of items to choose. I went with my family and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. Love this Hotel.

We booked this very late on the same day as our stay. Good place for families. Breakfast was available.

Hotel was great, staff was great too. Didn't have any issues until the second night when there wasn't any parking due to multiple uhauls and uhaul trailers taking up multiple spots, done in 1 space others taking up multiple spaces with 1 truck, causing all the parking spaces at all 3 hotels to be filled. I had to park at the businesses at the entrance to the hotel since we were back late from a concert. Other than that everything as great. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed one nigh in July for a family event in Cary. My wife got bedbugs from her pillow. When she called the hotel to let them know they said they did not have a record of our stay. I checked in with our name, provided a credit card for incidentals, yet they claimed they had no record of our stay. I was extremely disappointed in their response to my wife’s call to them after our stay. I booked the stay through Hotels.com.

This Spring Hill Suites is one of the cleanest properties that I have stayed in. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. It is a great location with every restaurant and shopping in close proximity.

My family and I had a very good stay. The property was well maintained, the room was clean and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk, Jose, was very kind and professional. Jose assured us with an extended checkout to help us pack after a family emergency. He was also very kind to my young children. That made my stay especially nice.

Clean, well appointed room for a reasonable rate with good breakfast. The bar, when open, is decently stocked and was well tended the first night we stayed. Breakfast the second morning was good as far as offerings, but a large, rude group made getting many of the items difficult or impossible. Having more waffle makers, larger chaffing dishes and someone keeping an eye on the chaos of a continental breakfast buffet would go a long way.

Pool could have been warmer...breakfast was great!

Staffs are very friendly and we really like the service and location. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Billed twice, while booking I paid in Expedia and hotel also charged my credit card 2nd time.

Great place to relax!

I have found that staff at Springhill Suites are always friendly and attentive. I like the room setup, I can work at the desk without bothering anyone sleeping and there is plenty of space. The one thing I find a need for is a freezer in the refrigerator. I am diabetic and carry insulin which has to be kept cold. The freezer packs have to be refrozen every night. There is plenty of ice which I put in Ziploc freezer bags, but they leak and make a mess in the bag and car

The cleanliness and roomy suites were great. The Breakfast hot choices were not as appealing as we like. For the first two mornings the decaf coffee was lukewarm. We arrived at breakfast at 7:00 am so I would have expected it to be hot! All in all the rooms were great.

Great location, very quiet, wonderful staff. Shower water temperature was loukwarm on the 6th floor.

Very clean and well kept. Didn’t like that ice machine didn’t work on floor but other floors did.

Staff was very accommodating

Starting off, I did not like that their app said it was contactless check-in; a code would be sent; & I would use my phone to access my room. I waited all day for a code that never came. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told none of that was true. Secondly, I called down to the desk to ask for scissors to use for a few minutes. I was told I had to come use them at the desk. This was a huge imposition as I had blisters on the bottom of my feet and need the scissors to cut the shoe insoles I purchased. The older gentleman who was at the desk by the time I got fully dressed and hobbled down to the desk was nice, though. Lastly, when I arrived back to my room the second night, it was the same way I’d left it earlier that morning. Used towels & both trash cans by the door; bed unmade; hair on bathroom floor. No one bothered to come clean my room; discard the trash; or bring more towels/washcloths. The first night I arrived in Raleigh, I stayed in my brother’s room at the Springhill - Raleigh Apex. The decor in his room was a lot nicer and he said his room had been cleaned when he got back. While I would not recommend the Springhill - Cary to anyone who cares about good service, I would recommend Springhill - Raleigh Apex.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Lots of parking. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance.
