Good hotel and reasonable price. Staff and food are good. Rooms are nitce and cold aircondioning.

Shower head needs to replace.. bathroom should be no visible algae.. other than that, services is great..will stay again when i want some space and goodnight sleep

JC - NOT HAPPY, WORST VERY. ITS MOTEL NOT HOTEL!

JC - NO TOILET PAPERS, THERE WAS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR LINEN, TOWELS, NO WINDOWS, CONTINUOOS XXX FILMS, BEDDINGS AND TOWELS NOT CHANGED EVERY DAY. NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I JUST STAYED 2 NIGHTS (JC WAS BOOKED FROM OVT 28 AND DUE TO CHECK OUT NOV 2) AND CHECKED OUT ON THE 3RD DAY...

Hotel was fine friendly staff from the guard to the front desk. Room was okay with quick service. My expectations on the room is not high for this type of hotel although will appreciate if the bed is not leatherette

Hotel has 24 hour policy meaning you can stay 24 hours crom the time you enter. Bathroom needs cleaning, just to spend 1 night for transit was ok, but not recommended with family. Its hourly hotel.

It was a pleasant, uneventful experience. There was a 7-11 next to the hotel that had items I purchased. I enjoyed eating at an small outdoor Filipino food joint.

Room was unusual. No window and dim lighting in main room, with large mirror over the bed. My wife and I thought it unusual but good fun. Comfort bed with big screen TV on wall in front. Good room service with good food at fair prices.

what i liked about Harts Hotel are the following:(i) that the staff were nice and(ii) the food was decently prepared and served. (their breakfast special is actually yummy and reasonably priced)over-all, it was okay! i just think we can still improve the look of the rooms to make it more cozy! too bad there was no complimentary water bottles..

The hotel location is the best, walking distance to SM North. Fast and friendly service. Need to have hangs for clothing and a little bit smell of cigarette smoke. Since this is new, there still lots of room for improvement.
