Excellent location. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Kitchen has the basic needs and tools to cook including silverware, plates and glasses. Refrigerator with a decent size for travelers. No microwave but, has a toaster instead. I think that a microwave will be more convenient to warm up take home food. Breakfast is included but, is not buffet and I think that it should be. I didn’t request room service after hours, so I don’t know if they even have it. Many good restaurants near by just in case and stay open until late. For transportation I use an application named Lyft that works like Uber and is safe. There are other apps like it to move around, just ask in the Hotel. I stayed for almost three weeks in Nicaragua and everyday I was walking everywhere and riding in buses during day and night time and didn’t have any problems. I felt safe at all times. I am planning to comeback next year and will stay at this Hotel again. In general, I think that it is an excellent place for the price.

Very good location

The room was an apartment with a kitchen and living space, which was very nice. We didn’t need to run the AC because the building was quite cool. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe & at ease there. The check-in time is very strict so don’t arrive early! Our free breakfast was mediocre and didn’t come with the condiments you expect (butter for toast, etc). My friend never got his drink as the server seemed more interested in avoiding customers than listening to what we’d asked for. It’s a great location and I would stay again but skip the breakfast.

The water in shower was not warm. I took a cold water shower. It was very unplessant.
