Spent 6 nights here during Oktoberfest with the family and would definitely stay again. Super easy access to transit for getting about the city, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the service was friendly and helpful, and our family room was a fantastic size for us. Would definitely stay again!

This place lives up to the name Grand. From the moment we checked in we loved the Hotel.
The Front Desk Staff - Daniel and Nickolas were very helpful providing information on using the Metro to go downtown and local places to eat and shop. Their friendliness to the guests goes a long way to make the best hotel even better!
Our rooms were on the 5th floor and were very nice. Walking into the room, spacious, clean, beautiful furniture, comfortable bed, air conditioning! The bathroom amenities are top quality and arranged neatly for the guest. (I worked for a 4 Star Hotel in Utah for 7-1/2 years and notice these things).
The refrigerator is hidden in the credenza cabinet and was nice to have for our beverages.
The surrounding area is complete with a Rewe grocery store, restaurants and a Backerei with a Woolworths adjacent. We took advantage as travelers to grab food for our day-trips to the surrounding areas.
Parking - normally a nightmare anywhere else but so easy at the Palladium. Underground, safe and spacious. Easy access to the lobby by two elevators.
Absolutely would stay here again! Thanks for being so Grand!

Very friendly and efficient staff. Spacious rooms which were immaculately clean. Good choices were available for breakfast. Lots of spaces in the hotel underground car park that are convenient and safe.

I stayed for four nights. My nephew also stayed with me. Facility is clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Easy 5 minute walk to the metro. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were on the 4th floor and the no or low working A/C made the room hot during the day, but since we were out during the day it did not affect us much. At night it was cool so with the windows opened the room was cool enough to sleep comfortably.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, only a fan. The walk in shower is very tight. The restaurant in the hotel was really good, very tasty pasta made in house.

Used as a base to explore Munich. 10 minutes walk from Ubahn and from there 30 minutes to city centre. Hotel itself looks fab and room very spacious with super comfy bed. Only problem we had was non functioning AC that couldn't get repaired despite feedback to reception

Great value-for-money. We had the executive room, and they are very spacious. Issues with the aircon, but the temperature in Munich for the days of the visit were ~16 degC so we opened the windows and it was fine, but in hotter weather it would have been an issue

Hotel didn't have air condition and the ventilation was blowing hot air to the room. The room was like sauna. And the bed was poor and squeaky and noisy just from sleeping.
But room was spacious, tidy and in a good location. Breakfast was good.

Premium and Priceworthy Hotel
Safe and quite Location..very close (350m) to the U Bahn (U3) and as well to Bus stop..Hotel location comes under zone M (central Zone)..with U3 u can reach Marienplatz in 15mins and Olympiapark Center in 25mins.. with Bus you can reach Nymphenburg palace in 20mins.. Parking cost 2€ per hour and 12Euro max per day.. but free public street parking in front of Hotel and it's surroundings is also available. Breakfast buffet is also good. It's surely value to the money and can only recommend.. As we visited during end of May, the temperatures are not so hot and because of that I can't really comment on the Hotel Air conditioning.

Had a pleasant stay here. Very convenient having the U train and Lidl supermarket nearby. Very easy to get to Munich central from here. The surrounding streets and neighborhood are quiet and leafy. I think the only thing that needs improvement is the air flow in the rooms. The rooms were quite stuffy at times and not sure if the A/C and fan were functioning okay. Otherwise, the rooms were large and spacious.

10/10. Everything was great about this hotel. The hotel was spacious, bright and attractive. The staff was amazing. So helpful, kind and efficient. Two people checked us in and gave us clear directions to the nearest subway station. Our room was perfect. By far the largest and most comfortable bed of our multi country trip thru out Europe. Quiet and clean room too. Well located too!

Hotel is easy to get to with free street parking or paid underground parking. It is walking distance to the train station. We were able to walk to the train station and easily travel to the main tourist attractions. Area seemed very safe , no one loitering around. Rooms were marble and leather furniture. The bed was very noisy and uncomfortable but the rooms were fairly decent sized. We ate at the buffet breakfast and it was okay, nothing amazing. One of the people working in the buffet was coughing and not covering her mouth which ruined the experience for us so we only ate there once.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area in the south of Munich. Newer property built in 2016, per the front desk. Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff and an excellent Italian restaurant (Cesar’s) in the hotel.
However, there is a real issue with the temperature in the rooms. No real air conditioning (?) - it was unusually warm in Munich for April and the central heating was still on for the room and it was baking hot. Per the staff this could not be regulated (!!). I am not sure how the hotel plans to handle the summer, which will also get hotter in Germany due to climate change. The hotel should invest into a modern air conditioning and heating system.
