Staff held bags until checkin. Restaurant was good.
Clean room with hot water kettle.
We will stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights. Room cleaned every day staff very friendly and helpful.
Short walk to trams that take you direct to King Charles bridge and Prague castle and town centre.
Will be going back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a very good and varied breakfast, with close and quick links to the city by tram or metro. There are many really good and cheap restaurants close by too. I would stay here again

It worked for a night to stay. We had a large suite and slept good.

Good hotel we had a one night stay clean and quiet. Only one small complaint the shower was pot but ok low pressure but usable. Would stay again here

Cons: The room smelled of cigarrete smoke, short beds, room nect to the main stairs (quite noisy)

Not a great location and not the nicest premises but excellent value for money! Big rooms. Good breakfast.

I really liked the breakfast buffet that I booked when I reserved the room, and my room was spacious and even though it was close to other rooms, I heard no other noise or disturbances. I did pay for some amenities (the sauna) that I could not use for the full hour (too hot) so if I had to make a suggestion, I would say pay a set hourly price for all the facilities (fitness, sauna, and whirlpool) for guests. Excellent hotel overall, and I would book a stay there again.

The room itself was quite spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The only issue was I needed the window open since there didn't seem to have A/C, although temperature was cooler and my room backed upon the parking lot and therefore the smokers from the hotel were annoying with loud talking and coughing.

Great area, easy to jump on a tram or Metro to get into the city center.
Hotel was fabulous. Receptionist spoke English. Parking fee in euro was 12.00. ( Gated parking).
The breakfast had all sorts of delicious items to choose from!-
Sausage, boiled eggs, warm veggie/ couscous mix & other different mixes; cold veggies of sorts, breads, cheeses, jams, yogurts, fruit, pastries, coffee machine with variety of options.

Moody hotel staff, everything seemed like a big ask. Breakfast was awful, things that were meant to be hot were cold and things that were meant to be cold were hot. Bed was full of long hairs when we arrived toilet paper was like sandpaper. The room was too hot and there wasnt any air con or fans

Unfortunately for us and not mentioned on the Expedia website, is that our room doesnt offer free access to those amenities. 100 czech for one hour, my local community centre with 100 times the amenities is half that cost. Also the WiFi in the room is worse than WiFi in the jungles of South East Asia. Pros were that the rooms were very clean and the shared bathroom was okay. I would recommend for anyone just do Airbnb if you are seriously considering this place.

This hotel from the lobby looks fantastic until you get to your room with a shared bathroom and all your room has in it is a bed and cupboard! For 60$canadian I was expecting something a lot nicer! Not to mention they were doing construction on the place and we never had clean water for the first 5 hours, it was orange like the colour of rust and freezing cold! We didnt get any compensation and it completely ruined our plans for the first day!

Its not close of the city centre but you have excellent public transport services takes you to the city centre every 5 minutes and the hotel has lots of information. Czech people seems cold at the start but they were friendly after two times I aproach them. Be sure to buy a 24 hours ticket you will save money and despite to get it in the metro or train stations the hotel has them. Is easier! Get a map and enjoy the city, ps: eat at the hotel or around in the area is way cheaper and also good quality of food than eat at the city centre ! Its lots of options not too far of the hotel. Enjoy Prague!
