Right in downtown of Nha Trang. Everything around is walkable.

Whole thing is perfect. The receptionist, hotel room condition and service all of these are perfect to us. Especailly, your staff are smiling all time and give us superior kindness. I really appreciate you guys. I really miss rosaka!!

I did throughly enjoy my stay here at the rosaka. The staff were great and friendly. The pool was lovely and a sun trap. The views from rooftop pool/bar were amazing. Only downside we were facing the road and low down so it was rather loud during the morning. Good area for a few bars restaurants.

The hotel and even more the staff of the hotel made what turned out to be too many days in one place much more pleasant. The hotel is well positioned, well equipped and has staff that are second to none! Very well recommended!

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We were very happy with the hotel and pleasant staff. The only negative was that when we left to go to the airport the taxi fare wasn’t negotiated do we paid a lot more than anticipated.

This was my second stay at the Rosaka Nha Trang, and once again, everything was fine. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and nice, and still look new. The gym is adequate and the breakfast buffet is reasonably good. The location is very good, the beach is nearby and restaurants, bars, shops, massage, and other amenities are close by, as well. Staff are friendly. Recommended for all travelers visiting Nha Trang.

What was good: The hotel kindly upgraded our room to help celebrate our anniversary. This was much appreciated along with all the special touches of roses and petals. The pool - it was clean with a nice view, small and able to get crowded when busy and the rinsing showers didn't work. The room was clean, well appointed and bed comfortable. Overall a sense of luxury. Not so good: Noisy at night with banging doors from the neighbours Breakfast selection only ok and the restaurant had absolutely no atmosphere but lots of loud Chinese coughing and spitting - hard to escape Overall a very nice hotel in very busy and grubby city - provided us an escape from it all.

I was very disappointed with the Sunrise Nha Trang Hotel & Spa. It is very old and dirty. The staff are not friendly or helpful at all! The location is far from the main town and there was so much traffic noise from the road that I couldn't sleep at all! Also, the shower was not strong enough and it was hard to control the cold and hot water! I booked for 3 nights but I checked out after staying 1 night! Because I couldn't stand it..! I asked the concierge if I could contact hotel.com to conplain but they wouldn't let me use the phone. I left my bathroom stuff behind, and when I called to pick them up they had thrown them away! This is not a cheap hotel, so don't waste your money and ruin your holiday!

Many guest left a very good review, but I think it was just average. First, the breakfast was disappointing. Basically, it is impressive that kimchi is served, but the rest of the menu is not very varied. Because there was only one person who made omelets and pho in restaurant, we always wait long time. There was a guest who smoked a cigarette in the balcony of restaurant, but not any staff did not stop him. Standard room did not have bathtub. A similar hotel in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh had a bathtub in standard room. This hotel is very eco-friendly hotel that air conditioner turned off even when you open the door or window. The maids in the fitness center had a very long chat. And every time the maid goes in and out, the air conditioner was turned off. Also, there was not drinkable water in fitness center. It was very annoyed.

The best hotel of our 3 week tour of Vietnam and make so amazing because of the staff every day we had contact with them asking questions and some favours and every time they bend over backwards for us and always wentbtye extra mile I would recommend this hotel on the staff alone breakfast was lovely and the pool was nice and you can watch the sunset from the back of the top floor we were also put in a room with the bestest bed I’ve slept in.
