20 minutes in a taxi to Disney lovely and warm apartment with three big bedrooms and two bathrooms kitchen and living room. Small indoor play area perfect for toddlers and a larger outdoor play area.

The place was really nice. Everything is clean and very well maintained. We rented a 3 bedroom apartment and it was super nice. The metro and bus station is just a block away. Banks are nearby and there’s malls with lots of restaurants.

Staff weren't help and support and poor dinning options. Difficult to find the exact location.

We were very satisfied with the stay. The hotel was clean, convenient to shopping and public transportations. The only thing I want to say is that we booked the hotel for 3 adults with free breakfasts but only 2 free breakfasts were offered. Not sure if this was an error on hotel.com side or what.

The direction to the hotel from subway is not clear, we followed the direction and we walked a really long distance to reach the front desk. Overall, the hotel is exceeding expectation. The room is clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. There are lots of choices of restaurants and is close to subway line if you know the shorter route to the hotel. For sure we will book this hotel again next time.

Staff Not very friendly, the hotel is weird to access, with separate buildings and kind of clinical setting outside, not pretty. BUT the room is out of this world amazing, hi tech ful of amenities and absolutely gorgeous. We WILL stay here again

We had a great stay at the Green Court serviced apartments! Location was just perfect, just a few minutes easy walk to Jinqiao subway station on red line 6 from where you can easily reach just anywhere in Shanghai for just 0,5 USD single ticket. In the area you have a couple of malls, family mart, great spa and many restaurants. The apartment was exactly as in the photos, very modern and clean and well equipped. The apartment were cleaned everyday, they even made up the beds and did the dishes! Great service in the reception, good english, wifi working correctly and overall a wonderful stay. Even a small breakfast was even included in the price. We booked through Hotels.com and thought we could use the map locator to walk from the subway station on arrival. Unfortunately the link in the map was wrong and sent us in the opposite direction. Be cautious and try to type in the correct address beforehand to avoid any problem.

Its 15 min travel from Century Avenue Metro on Line 2. 90 min from Pudong International Airport. Receptionists are good, only one was not replied well. She was not polite and helpful. We observed same with other guest. Need to review by the management.

The facility of is hotel style apartment is quite good, the No. 6 MTR is within walking distance, around 10 minutes. The surrounding is quite and nice, there is a shopping area just across the street. However, the staff there is rude and impolite. /1It was raining on the second day, we went to reception for borrowing an umbrella. They asked for deposit $50, I gave them $100 and they told me they didn't have change and asked me to just leave them $100 and would return me back when I gave back the umbrella, but they didn't write this on their paper record. So, I refused. Finally, they let me have the umbrella without any deposit. Later, we found the umbrella could not be close, so we went back and asked to change another one. The staff there told my husband:'Just let it be, anyway, you only borrow one day..." Isn't it 'amazing'? Of course, several days later, when I returned the umbrella, another staff tried to return me deposit:) 2) There was a staff called Cathy, she is rude and impolite. On 1st CNY morning, we on way to breakfast, we dropped by her desk and ask her to give us the breakfast tickets for next 6 days (we extended our stay). Their breakfast service closes sharply on 10 am. So, I asked her if we can pick up later after breakfast and she agreed. When I went to pick up the tickets, she shrew the tickets to me and the tickets slip on the ground, right in front of my feet... I picket it up, though Ms Cathy said sorry... is it appropriate conduct to a customer ? 3)

We were quite happy with our stay. The place was quite convenient as being close to many shops, eating places and transport, very nice in appearance, kept very clean. The people there were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (all you can eat) was good value for 48 Yuan (AUD 9) but got a bit boring after a while. The beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

This service apartment is very nice and clean with everything you need. It also locates at a quiet location. Wi Fi is slow though. Will definitely stay there again, price is very reasonable too.

Our two children, my wife and I had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment hotel. The two bedroom apartment and all facilities in it were luxurious, clean and tidy. Very close to a subway (jinqiao station) which helped us a lot during our 5 days stay in Shanghai.

The serviced apartment is located between two train stations. There are loads of food choices nearby. It maybe a little tricky to find the entrance to the apartment block on the initial visit. The package only allowed breakfast for two person, although we booked accomodation for four. So we ended up having breakfast elsewhere.
