It was just ok, nothing terrible, but there was an odd smell in the room. The free breakfast is great.

Great hotel as it was perfectly nearby the beach, transportation and a ton of yummy food. I highly recommend!

NICE HOTEL

Very close to the beach and has lots of areas to eat at around the area. Breakfast was great. If using public transportation the bus stop is very very close by.

Staff was so friendly. Hotel was very clean. It was right in front of the beach.

It is a great value hotel.

I particularly enjoyed the free breakfast. They served traditional Korean dishes pleasing to foreigners. Room was small but I guess that standard for the area. It had basic amenities in the room. It is also a good location to the beach and other places to visit for tourists

This is a solid establishment and I will be visiting here every year.

We got an ocean view room. It was very clean, cozy and the beds were comfortable. They had excellent food varities for breakfast. The location was an easy to walk to everything - night markets, convenient stores, the beach, coffee shops and restaurants, and public transportation. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was pristine. I am VERY happy!

I like this facility, it is quiet, easy access to the beach and eateries in the hotel nearby

View of Haeundae Beach was partially blocked by a building, but the hotel was so close to the beach, it's alright.

It was a nice experience of staying at the family suit with my three children for four nights.

The hotel is nice, next to the beach. Breakfast is great, has varieties of selection. But it is very inconvenient. It is far from the main areas and the airport. Taxi fares are expensive. It’s better to stay on the other side of the bridge, near downtown. That’s where all the excursions located.

Simple like typical Japanese hotel. Small but has everything essential.Only thing lacking have to buy own toothbrush & paste blaming on Covid.

Lift was very hectic in the morning. I had to wait for a 15 minutes to get available lift.

It was very clean. The bathrooms were bit small. The free breakfast was excellent!! The staffs could be little more friendly !

Location was very conveniently located next to the beach on a street that was not very busy. The front desk had amenities' to check out such as Irons and electrical adapters which was very convenient. Nice location and would recommend.

I reserved 2 night in the hotel, with different prices, the air cond is so loud that not easy to sleep. The worst thing was when I went to breakfast and back at noon, I saw all my stuffs were gone, I asked the cleaning staff where's my luggage, she said in the 1st floor. I asked the front desk staff where's my stuff, she said I have to change room so my stuffs were packed in few garbage bags, mixing the dirt socks with my suit and clean clothes together. I stated very clear that I reserved two nights and want to stay in the same room when I checked in. When the staff took me back with stuffs with 4 gabbage bags fitting my clothes and shoes, socks and wires, cable, chargers) and 2 big luggage, they just left them in the lobby and nobody help me to relocate to the new room.
