We had a lovely stay here. The location was close to everything, the room was lovely, the staff were helpful and we loved to chill out on the rooftop and watch the hummingbirds after a long day out sightseeing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small, but had all basic amenities. Great rooftop terrace. The window opens to the hotel courtyard. No complaints.

Great hotel, great service,and good location. My only suggestion would be to make the bathrooms match the look and upscale feel of the rest of the property.

Everything was amazing. Staff is kind and helpful, food is great, room and common areas are super clean and very nicely decorated. The shower is great, good water pressure and always hot. The suites are really spacious. Bed and pillows are comfy. My room was super silent, thank god. It is worth mentioning that when I had to leave super early for the airport they gave me a breakfast box, which was a really nice touch. A few negative points: breakfast food was reaaally cold. We were out of wifi for one day and a half since the hotel's internet system went down and it took them a while to fix it. Also, a considerable % of the staff didnt speak english, but they always made an effort to help you anyway.

Really nice hotel that is close to everything you want to do and see in Arequipa. Spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. All the staff are very helpful and attentive.

Its a relative new hotel and very clean. The decor is very nice and the roof top where you have your breakfast is great. The location is very good (3 blocks from main square). Its what I look for a boutique hotel. I will stay there again. Only minor suggestion, the minibar makes too much noise.

The hotel has an authentic front, but is completely new and much larger than you would expect from the outside. Well build, spotless, very, very comfy bed. We had to leave early to catch a flight and a simple boxed breakfast was prepared. Only thing, the street next to our room was extremely well lid and the curtains did not block all the light at night.

Palla Boutique Hotel was super cute, very clean, and comfortable. The rooftop deck (for breakfast, or just watching the sunset) was great, and the service was incredibly friendly. Plus, with the location just a few blocks off the main plaza, I would definitely suggest this hotel for anyone visiting Arequipa!

Friendly staff with great English spoken at the front desk. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds. Very close to a supermarket and just a few blocks walk to the main square. Staff helped us confirm excursion plans by phoning the company and provided a boxed breakfast as we left for an excursion at 03:30. We came back for a second night here after been away for 1 night in the Colca Canyon and had a welcome back letter in our room. As well our luggage that was stored for free was already waiting for us in our room. We were both very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

A very nice and modern hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was really diverse and fresh. The sunset view from the same terrace is worth staying in this hotel! Staying in this hotel is worth every penny.
