Simple, clean, and quiet. Our room has a fridge and microwave

Very friendly and comfortable beds. We have a queen and king at home, but we’re wondering if there t was actually a full size bed instead.

Missing sheets, filthy upholstery and carpets

Good location, beautiful, big room with covered, outdoor patio. we enjoyed our stay.

Walking path to the beach and lighthouse(s) is easily accessible and close. Property has fire pits for use. Room had a refrigerator and microwave which wasn’t expected.

Felt like it was appropriate for the area, a lake place. Not fancy but very accommodating

Great cabin at a reasonable price! Cabin was clean and comfortable. Location is great - minutes from Bailey’s Harbor shops and restaurants, 15 minutes from Sister Bay.

Andrew was very accommodating. I didn’t need a fancy place to stay and this was a very pleasant first time ever visit to Door County.

Rooms were a little dated but, overall was a nice quiet place to stay.

Wifi available but very limited capability...thats when the wfi router is on. Needed to be reset/restarted by staff often. Property is a little dated but there are signs of new/recent structure upkeep or replacement visible. Convenient location on the less hectic Eastside of peninsula but still can easily get to the more congested westside (EggHarbor, SisterBay, Efraim, etc) when desired. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Plenty of (animal) wildlife in the area. Relaxing.

Nice location

Property was peaceful and quiet. Parking was close and easy. Room was older, but clean and comfortable. Good stay.

The room had everything we needed, and more. When we requested a shower seat, they went out of their way to get one. The room had no steps to climb and the bathroom had good grab bars.

Great location and a nice place to stay if you like floors that aren't level and slope downhill, mold in the shower, dirty linoleum from the 1980s, no mirror on the same wall as the bathroom sink, a couch with no padding and torn fabric, a toilet that leans to the right, a vintage oven but not in the cool way, a night light above the bed with a 120 watt bulb, distressed furnishings not for look but because of age and lack of quality and a general sense of neglect, wear and lack of giving a damn. The staff member who checked us in was very nice.

It was great we got to check in early. The host was so accommodating and friendly!

The bed was very comfortable. However there was not a lot of natural light in our room.

Really cute little hotel. Outdated but excellent prices you won’t find anywhere else. Biggest complaints was cleanliness of sheets and towels that were stained and dingy. The towels were stained as were the sheets. Missing lightbulbs and essentially no Wi-Fi that works. But the woods were gorgeous out our back patio and the fire pit and cute little outdoor places beautiful. Great and cheap little place to stay.

The office staff was super friendly and our room was clean and tidy. We would stay again in the future.

Clean, quiet, convenient place to stay that's dog friendly. Bathroom needed repair (toilet paper holder off) and updating, but otherwise, we would stay here again.

I liked that the property was conveniently located was affordable. Although, the space was a bit crowded for a sofa bed, and 2 more beds.

Television channel selection was small and disappointing.

Nice place in a good location

The Ridges is a great location and check in was good. However, they have a lot of things that need repair. They need to update, repair and replace some items. I don't know if I would stay there again in the near future.

Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere nicer It’s like a super 8 in the woods with no steady WiFi or tv channels Very outdated no telephones in the rooms No bathtub just standing shower which took 20 mins to get warm. Mini fridge was broken and the front door dead bolt didn’t lock!!

We were pleasantly surprised! The rooms, while dated as other reviewers mentioned, are super comfortable and clean. We took a first floor room with our German Shepard and we had a beer on our little patio while throwing the ball in the grassy back area. There is a large fire pit which we lit up after dinner (which was walking distance!) We will definitely stay at The Ridges again!

The bathroom tub was very difficult to get into with no grab handles. There was a makeshift shower curtain that did little to corral the water—showering was difficult at best. Tile and grout around the tub were gross.

My compliments to the office staff who are friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient. This was my second stay and I have no regrets. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I like staying on the quiet side of Door County. Everything is just a short ride away. Only negative is that internet service in the room did not work. But just step outside and sit on one of the provided chairs and the internet is quickly up and running.

Very disappointed. The cottage has not been updated since the 80's or 90's. I found mens dirty boxer shorts on the closet floor so you know the place wasn't vacuumed or limited vacuuming. Only 2 bath towels even though I registered 4 occupants staying in the room. The dehumidifier leaked a huge puddle of water on the kitchen floor and the staff didn't even have a mop to clean it up! Had to use bath towels. The occupants upstairs came down and slammed the outer door and a picture (nail and all) fell off the wall in our unit! Luckily no one was injured. The sliding glass door had no lock on it and we had to use a piece of wood placed in the door tracking to keep people from coming in our unit, however, the piece of wood was too short and the door was able to open slightly! Couldn't open the vertical blinds in the family room because they were off track. Just dirty! Everything was dirty!
