The staff and the amenities ( face steamer , massage cushion, hair dryer, umbrella ) is above and beyond. The location is the best of all. Near the jr hakata station. The staff are very accomodating. What i dont like is the towels are plced in a box on the bathroom floor besides the trash can which i dont find hygienic.

Good service / front desk lobby. Many amenities and even has a facial spa / steamer. Everything seems to be well thought of
Only thing i dont like is the towels are place in a basket on the floor.

This is my 2nd time to choose FORZA hotel for trip in Fukuoka, it is a very convinent hotel to stay and good service , I will select it for my next trip in Fukuoka.

Great experience. Very pleasant staff, space very accomodating, clean and right at Hakata center train station.

Absolutely amazing. The staff, the facility, the area are all excellent. Many different dinning options, a minute walk to the train station and plenty of taxis. Staff were very friendly, professional and accomodating. Also assisted with booking a resevation for a long distance transportation and even assisted with luggage. Extrmelly happy. Will be back in two weeks.

The location is very convenient, near the train station. Also, there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The location is very accessible.
However, the cleanliness is bad. There was dust all over the walls and even cockroaches.
The room has a carpeted floor, but as soon as I touched the bedding, it felt damp, like I was touching wet bedding.
The breakfast was okay.
The cleanliness and hygiene are....the worst. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen because cockroaches in.

Everything is pretty good. The location is also good. But I wish the breakfast started a bit earlier, like 6:30 am. Many of them stay in Okinawa as a vacation, so they like to sleep there. But I was there for a business.

The bed was not comfortable, have to turn off everything to sleep without any noise but then the room became very stuffy. Have to turn the aircon back on but then it too noisy Didn’t have a decent night sleep

The hotel is very near the Hakata station. Many restaurants and shopping centers are nearby. I will come back for next time visit.

The hotel was very close to the train station. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Good variety with Japanese and American food.

Merits: Property was very close to the Hakata train station. Shopping areas and restaurants were all walking distance. The convenience stores were right outside the hotel.
Demerits: What was disappointing was our request for an extra hour to check out was denied despite us staying for 7 nights. We tried to dine in the hotel restaurant and wanted a certain table but we were being forced to take another table that we didn't like.
But I would say the plus points outweighed the not so good service.

The overall stay is satisfactory, near the Hakata station, quite convenient for shopping, dining, transportation and taking night snack.
I think the accommodation is also good, the facility and room services is well provided. Two things that make me kind of uncomfortable, is first the room area is tight, don't have too much space, and second is the air conditioner doesn't work well.

Very close to station. Very good complimentary coffee. The location is quiet as it is not on the main entrance direction. Because of that, it needs a bit further walk to the subway and bus stations on the main entrance side where has more food options.

One night layover in a Deluxe Double with Queen sized bed. Room was a good size. Breakfast was great. Near Hakata Station. The Lawson near the front entrance is under renovation but there’s a Family Mart facing the back exit. Very convenient.
