Lovely clean hotel . The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day . We had fresh towels and bed made daily. The breakfast was superb great variety. Would highly recommend this hotel .

The Place is very quiet and the staff was amazing!

Room spray was too strong so it gave me big headache.

the AC unit has dehumidifier which makes it very comfortable in the humid winter.

Staff at registration when we were checking in was rude and was unaccommodating. However, to be fair, the bar and dinning staff were great.

Lovely hotel.

Hotel staff were not very hospitable, except one whose name was Pedro Maia. He service was very good. We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to a wedding we were attending. Many of the other guest of the wedding also stayed at this hotel. A couple of them were accused of causing damage and disturbance and the staff took it upon themselves to link us all in as a 'group' and denied us bar service of any kind. We were then all treated as if we were not welcome. Myself and my husband were not part of a group booking and until this stay had nwver met with the other guests. I find it completely unacceptable to be treated in such a manner and was extremely insulted. It did spoil our stay and would not recommend this hotel.
