Great staff and great room

Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel

This place was amazing! It’s located in a shopping area. The food was delicious(coming from an American). It was very clean and as robes and slippers in the room. There was plenty of seating if you want to have guests and the spa amenities were reasonable. Breakfast was included and it was a comfort to have French toast for breakfast 😋.

I like them all, has lots of restaurants around and plenty of entertainment. Very close to beach and shopping areas.

The Feliz was a wonderful experience! The staff and facilities were top notch. The rooms were beautiful, clean, well-stocked, had comfortable beds, and were quiet! Our family of five adults stayed in two rooms, and we were all very pleased. The location is super convenient as well. The ONLY negative is their onsite restaurant, which we don't recommend at all, due to the subpar food and uneven service. However, there are numerous restaurants within a short distance of the hotel, so I would still HIGHLY recommend staying here and just eating elsewhere.

Kudos to Brian & Missy at the front desk for their world class hospitality. Jom's who welcomed us and took care of us on our transport to the airport. Juniel at the bar gave us excellent service. Staying at Hotel Feliz was the best decision for our family. We had 2 beautiful, very clean rooms. The housekeeping service was top notch! The location is the heart of Boracay. Everyone at the hotel go above and beyond to make you want to keep coming back! And that, we will. We appreciate all of you more than you'll ever imagine. Hotel Feliz and the entire islands of Boracay rocks! Our tour guide Patrick (outside vendor) took care of us and we felt so safe.

Everything was great but the food could have been better. The location is great though as it's in the middle of everything so you can just go outside for dining options.

Excellent hotel within walking distance to everything. Staff are always smiling and polite and accommodating. Breakfast options are different everyday for the Asian cuisine. Only downside is the rooftop pool is too small to do laps, but then the white sand beach is just a few mins away and you can do your swimming in the pristine ocean.

Everybody is awesome, from registration to servers to guards etc. very polite and accommodating. Service is 10/10. Food is 10/10. Housekeeping is 10/10.

Location was phenomenal

Best stay in beautiful Boracay in best location close to restaurants and tourist pick up/drop off spot. Feliz has nightly fire dance shows in its plaza which we did not get to watch till the night before we left (too tired from all the water aports activities each day). Spectacular show! Thanks to GM and front desk for their courtesy and upgrades!

property is nice from lobby to he room, in good condition, clean, comfortable beds, hood breakfast selection, very convenient location close to shops restaurants, would definitely stay here agin and would recommned. Staff are also very accomodating overall i had a good experience.

Great hotel that’s newly built and clean. Staff are nice and attentive and location is close to the beach. My only complaint is that the rooftop bar service is a little slow.

Enjoyed our stay at Feliz.

Feliz Hotel is a beautiful hotel placed in a centralized location close to everything you need from shopping, dining to massages, hair braids and scheduling excursions. The staff at Feliz Hotel are so hospitable. They went above and beyond for us. They attended to all of our needs. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with freshmements and a place to sit while we wait to check in. We met a very attentive host named Chris who helped us with our luggage and checked up on us through out our stay. On our last night he even help set up transportation for our early mornings departure to the airport AND set up breakfast to go packages for us at the front desk. We were locked out of our room one night because the card reader to the door malfunctioned. Four people came to the rescue to make sure we got in our rooms and repaired the card reader. Thank you Feliz Hotel Staff for a memorable vacation and special shout out to Chris for his 5 star customer service.

Bathroom’s shower sink didn’t drain properly causing it to over flow whenever the shower is in used.

The property was pretty awesome. Breakfast meal was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back again. Hopefully soon.

It was convenient to the beach and markets.

We arrived on Christmas Eve and check in was very efficient and friendly. The room was exactly what I was expecting; clean and well maintained. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when we return to the area.

Breakfast selections could improve

Love that’s it’s in the center of everything ( dining , shopping , entertainment) love the rooms and cleanliness of the hotel .. the employees are courteous, kind and accommodating .

Hotel is in a great location, can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, we were not impressed with the food. Better to eat outside than at the hotel.

Amazing stay! The rooms were beautiful and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Chris was excellent! Arrival into Boracay and transportation to/from the airport was seamless. The hotel had everything planned accordingly. The breakfast everyday was excellent - I highly recommend adding this to your stay. We also used their onsite massage services at 10 in the evening and they were excellent. We really loved the live music outside daily and we enjoyed the fire show on the weekend. Its conveniently located where all the great shops are and a quick walk to the beach. Its everything you could ask for!
