Amazing! all the reviews you see for this place are spot on, I couldn't fault my stay in any way, the hosts were both lovely and easy to chat to, the room was superb, with a piece of cake on arrival, real milk in the fridge and a lovely comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, and puts most hotels to shame, I would highly recommend Chilton House to anyone.

We had a great weekend at Chilton House - a very warm welcome from our hosts and plenty of useful tips about the local area. The property is very handily located for access to the whole town, and is easily reached from the major road network. The breakfast really set us up for the day. A great stay, thoroughly recommended.

Amazing place, so close to town, free parking, absolutely spotless & the hosts were incredible. Brownies in the room were a lovely touch & Melissa recommended some lovely bars to us. So friendly & welcoming & the best home cooked breakfast we’ve ever had, will definitely be returning.

Only stopped one night, very welcoming, comfortably and clean.

A lovely, quiet location, short walk to the town centre. Room with Nespresso machine, air cooler and fridge with fresh milk and water as well as a kettle and a set of good biscuits. Everywhere ultra clean. Wide-ranging breakfast menu and bright, comfortable breakfast room. Very comfortable and beautiful garden and patio area - excellent for summer evening drink (supermarket just round the corner) and that early morning tea the next morning. Perfect, comfortable stay in a very interesting part of the English-Welsh border. Ideal for exploring the area or just breaking up a journey to e.g. North Wales, along the equally scenic A5. I have stayed here several times - everything is fabulous about the property. The room is done to a high spec, great shower, good coffee and homemade goodies, fantastic host, and delicious breakfast. Town is easy to walk to and plenty of parking around. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great B&B with lovely friendly hosts that do go the extra mile. Breakfast superb really sets you up for the day. Ideal location to walk a few minutes into Oswestry. Location of B&B good in quiet area with it's own car park. Will definitely return when back that way.

A beautifully renovated home with every comfort provided. Lovely hosts who could not do enough to ensure a wonderful stay. Excellent breakfast, cups of tea always on offer and little touches like fresh milk and sweet treats in your room!! Highly recommend. Also good location with an easy walk into town for dinner.

Great location and facilities with off road parking. The little extras like the daily cakes in our room and a lift into town when it was raining were unexpected but added to the enjoyement of our stay.

Loved the homemade chocolate brownies, nice change to packaged biscuits

This B & B didnt disappoint. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and had some style. Not like a corporate faceless, nameless hotel. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, well cooked and there was plenty of choice. I would recommend to anyone.
