The price was right. I didn’t except to have the room as nice as it was for the money.

You booked me a trip at 10:45 at night knowing the hotel closed at 11. I had my baby and six year old in the car exhausted and needing somewhere to stay and was sold a hotel room that i could not even check into amd am being told its non refundable so you basically stole my money and offered me nothing you should be ashamed.

Good value, clean, friendly check in, older hotel and not as pictured but safe and clean

They took my resetvation, and was closed when i arrived. Reservation said check in till 11am, took the screen shot to show them but no one was there to help. I have reached out to Hotels.com for assistance

The room was definitely dated. Mold on the tub caulking, cigarette burns in the sink, pieces of pictures from a previous guest thumbtacked to the wall, and no real blanket - simply one of the $5 soft throws you can find a Walmart. The sheets had cigarette burn holes as well. The fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed well and kept sliding off the VERY loud and uncomfortable mattress cover under it. None of the dresser drawers worked and the hangers were covered in dust and cobwebs. This was just an overnight stay to break up a long trip. Had it been anything else, we would not have stayed there, cheap or not. I swear the TV was even an old 32” model, if that big. Updates and a thorough cleaning are sorely needed.

We were not happy because we were on the third floor. Room no fire alarm box in the room. We left at 5am no one there to accept the key for check out.

No coffee able to be given, which is crazy. Rooms weren’t cleaned. Service check in ends at 8. Not a good place to actually stay. Might as well go somewhere else. Only stay here if you have no where else to go for an extended period of time for cheap. Because most of everything you’ll have to do yourself anyways

This property needs to be off the market. We had to pay for another hotel because it was soo bad.

The rooms were nothing like the picture's. It was night when we arrived we went and turned on the light and there was roaches my sister stepped on one and we went to the office and told them we would not stay. We left and had to find another room.

It was the most rundown hotel I've ever checked into. I immediately obtained a reservation at a different hotel. I would not stay there, regardless of price.

It wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best. Upon entering my room I did a full inspection. The floors were sticky and had marks on them. The sink had chip marks all over. The toilet had poop all over it and burn marks along with the bathtub still needing to be cleaned. One of my beds had a wet spot in the middle with cigarette burn holes in it. The bed I slept in was okay quality. The lock to the front of my room was tapped on and fell off when I opened the door. As for the shower, the water smelled like iron and the towels were see through. But on the bright side of things the heat and a/c worked very well same with the hot water. Other than the cleanliness and door lock. It was a okay stay, but I wouldn’t go again. They also have some weird rules and no housekeeping. Your also not allowed extra towels or anything.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our heater was smelling like there was something wrong with it. We turned it off and were comfortable but figured we better let someone know. A fire would have been awful. They insisted on moving us to a different room. The new room was an amazing upgrade. It was a wonderful and unnecessary gesture. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Check in was an anxious mess. A man was yelling at the hotel clerk, causing me to have an anxiety attack. Signs state "NO...."followed by a long list including no extra towels, no extra linens, no housekeeping, no breakfast, NO COFFEE, and the list goes on and on! Once we got into our room the AC wasn't working and they were not too eager to fix it. Thankfully unplugging it worked...until the next day and it happened again. The floor felt like it was caving in! The shower water temp was backwards and the pressure was awful.Someone was smoking pot outside of our door and it came into our room. YUCK!The wall paper was coming off the walls. The bed was horrible too...springs in your back all night.Marriott pricing for a roadside motel.Ohh and the pictures can not be current...just beware of what you are paying for on this one.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Dead bugs all over room, black hairs, hairs and bugs dead in fridge. The furniture was fine but the place was filthy I ask to be moved as would not give money back. They would not I took many pics of the bugs etc. I told the manager next morning he refused to look at pics and would not go up and look. He said why are you telling me? It was the horrible experience.

Free parking, can park right in front of the door. Very poor condition. Shower/tub was dirty..had two different types/colors of hair stuck on the wall. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Smells like smoke, even for the non-smoking rooms.
