This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel. It's one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express.
Some franchise location can be not as nicely maintained but this one never disappoint me. Couldve been 5 stars if the front desk was more professional & friendlier. Will stay again.

Bathtub spout was broken, window blind broken. Otherwise it was a nice stay. My family loved the breakfast

Went down for a Lions game. Everything was great with one exception- checkmin time was.3:00 but several rooms weren't ready until 3:30ish. Not a big deal but could have been.

Needed a place that was close to Detroit that wasn't going to break the bank. This was a nice hotel that was close to many different sites. Basic hotel, clean, quiet, with free breakfast, free parking and a pool.

Facility was very noisy at night. Pool area was WAY too hot to enjoy the facility. Food was ok. Eating area and its tables were dirty. The hotel was modern and the employees were helpful.

The location and the staff were great, which is why I stay there each time I visit the area. The cleanliness of the rooms is a concern. The carpet in my room had big stains. The shade over the window was very stained. On more than one occasion the chase lounge in the rooms were so stained, I requested a sheet to put over the lounge before I would put any items on it. They need to improve the cleanliness in the rooms.

The room was clean. The air conditioner did not work well in the morning at all. The toilet seat was loose and could cause an acccident.

This Hotel was immaculate, reasonably priced, easy distances from Tiger Stadium and The Ford Museum.

Hotel itself seems okay. Staff not helpful. Needed the pullout bed. Asked for extra pillows for the pullout and was told we had plenty of pillows. Told them I still wanted a couple more and was told they didn't have any that they were booked. Parking lot was in no way even full so doubt that. Was then told they had 28 pillows stolen. Stayed at Holiday Inn the night before in Allen Park, MI and they provided pillows for the pullout that were already in the closet with the sheets. Contacted Hotels.com and told someone would resolve the issue in some way and get back the next day. Nothing ever happened. Would not stay here again if traveling with 5.

I feel that this property ripped me off. I needed to change my booking after the cancellation deadline. The hotel kept my payment and did not allow me to rebook. I will make every effort to avoid this group of hotels in the future

Facility was well lit and in a safe area. Ample parking spaces is a big plus. Nice and courteous staff are the cherry on top.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was bright and clean and smelled fresh. The staff was extremely friendly !! Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety! kudos to the staff, every employee was so friendly and welcoming! The lobby was spacious and accommodating for big groups! Wish the pool was bigger and not so humid and hot, only complaint.
Great location too! Highly recommend Midway sports they have go/karts, mini golf, batting cages, etc. the kids and adults loved it!!!

Hotel was clean and nice - breakfast was super and was open past 9 AM which we appreciate! Wish it had a hot tub but the kids enjoyed the pool.

I only stayed 1 day and it was a quick easy check in. We were in town for a concert. Beds were very comfy! And the rooms were nice and cold.
I didn’t wake up in time for the complimentary breakfast. My stay went with no issues.

The hotel was very easy to access from the highway and near plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, the lobby and room were very clean, and they had a generous breakfast buffet.
