Very good facility. However, both coffeeshop and small supermarket downstairs need upgrading. In particular, the coffeeshop looks half-finished. Because there are many other users of lower floors, including a kiddies swimming pool, the entrance at the ground floor looks a bit messy while the check-in counter is on the sixth floor and should have some more allure.

Tip top. Really nice size and setting / equipment. I really liked it. The only bit annoying part is the "we care for our environment" slogan which is used to reduce cleaning service, no bottled water and shower gel dispensers which dispense no more than a picoliter per use... other thanthat great

Stayed in their premier room with kitchenette for a week while house underwent a minor renovation. Cleanliness, comfort, location & service were all good. Lots of food choices around. Only downside is limited carpark which is managed by a 3rd party.

The hotel looks new and very clean with good facilities. Hotel is not close to MRT but there are many buses passing by in front of hotel bus stop.

Good place, clean room, professional staff too.
However, chambermaid came on Monday to do our room and he went to fiddle with our Aircon. But other than that, it's an excellent stay and I would recommend it.

Room has all that was needed, quiet, good internet, comfortable bed, pool area was lovely, gym adequate and local area food market. Only the location was without MRT, but the bus stop serviced the city quite frequently.

Staff at the reception especially the male receptionist so unfriendly and soo arrogant. Cleaning was bad, only vacuum the floor and not cleaning the dust and its everywhere…
So noisy refrigerator, light box, bathroom ventilator so loud. Never changed the bedsheet in 11 nights.

Took a few minutes to figure out where the reception was (floor 6), but other than that it was a really great stay. It has a more of a serviced apartment feeling than the traditional hotel, which I personally like better. Very clean, well furnished, and comfortable.

No bell boy, no restaurant, no room service, reception is on the 6th floor and you have to carry your bags in the trolley and bring it to the 6th floor for check in and then again to your room by yourself as there is no bell boy. They clean the rooms only on alternate days.

Check in was fast, friendly and efficient. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was firm with soft fluffy pillows. The shower floor unfortunately was very slippery when wet. I would recommend the installation of grab bars to make it safer to shower. The gym was huge. A good outdoor area with a swimming pool on the 6th. floor.
Close to public transport, with a bus stop in front of the hotel and another opposite the apartment.

1.The bus station is in front of the hotel. Reverse sense is cross the street. Bus no 130, 145 and other offer you very good possibilities for airport and centre of the city.
2.The sleeping room has a separate door to bathroom.

Stayed for 28 nights couldn’t even get 1 day of free parking for brother’s visit. Asked receptionist to book for taxi but got grab instead which cost more. Pool was not clean, leaves in pool. Every morning around 6-8 you get woken up by noises like vacuuming or hair dryer also sounds like movement of furniture. On the day of checking out not a bit of pleasantry from staff in fact they were so relieved when I said I’ll try to get a taxi ourselves. Will we use this place again- NO

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Singapore! The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm welcome to their attentive service throughout my stay, I was truly impressed. The room itself was impeccable, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Great stay at hotel. Good sized room with kitchenette. Useful desk if you need to sit and use your laptop. 5 min walk from Whampoa Hawker Centre. Gym was good if nobody else is using it, but can feel full if 3 people are in there at the same time. Laundry at $8SGD per wash is a bit excessive for a 30 min wash cycle. Plus an additional $8SGD if you want to use the Tumble Dryer. But overall an enjoyable stay!

The Room with Kitchen was fantastic.So nice to have everything there, including the washing-machine
