The hostel was nice and my room (room for 4) was very clean and comfortable. Something to keep in mind is that Glasgow is in a hill and the hostel is in the bottom of one side of the hill and the city center in Im the bottom of the other side… so you have to go up and down the hill a lot. I didn’t like the charges for some services like bag storage is you arrive early and just want to drop your bag. Also for towels you have to pay a lot, it was way cheaper to go to a shop and buy one like i did. Many was amazing !!!!!

Its a nice, clean place near the city center. Only the windows were not in a good condition. In the winter definitly would be a problem in the summertime it was fine. Not noisy.

I stayed 7 nights during which I asked the staff three times to change my bed sheets for they were dirty and the staff did not. First they said, policy is every 5 days, but even then they didn’t.

They have the most helpful staff here. We had all kinds of issues booking and all errors were quickly resolved by the staff. Yes it is a bare bones hostel but could not have been better for our stay.

It is a hostel, so you need to lower your expectations. It is about 12 minute walk to Central train station.

Excellent, helpful staff and the private rooms are comfortable with good furniture. No guest refrigerator and extra charge for luggage keeping were downsides along with the worn, stained old carpets.

The hotel seemed to need some repair carpet was missing in our room, but overall vibe of the environment and area was not bad

No fridge to put food in, and you must pay to store your luggage

Lockers did not work and staff could not fix.

The sheet on the bed was ripped in 3 places and the plug in the shower was clogged with hair.

Its a great hostel located near the West End. Plenty of restaurants and pubs near the hostel. The main train and bus station is only a 15mim walk away. The room in the hostel are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I could of kept sleeping but I had a bus to catch early in the morning. The common area is a great place to meet new people. I enjoyed a beer with some fellow travelers.

There was an issue and they solved it promptly. The temperature in the shower took forever to turn warmish hot. There was no kitchen which I consider standard for hostels.

It was a good option for a good price. Close to all the main areas in the city. Very friendly personnel.

The room was very basic, with no where to hang up jackets. Television was a nightmare as need to get amazon fire stick control from reception as not normal digital tv. Wasn't advised about tv on check in

Great value for money, especially given the location.

Do not stay here! It is loud and dangerous and charges outrageous prices!

Disappointing. We stayed here because the hotel we chose for most of our stay had no availability for our last night. This would have been fine, but no kettle in the room, an intimidating list of rather petty rules on arrival (no eating and drinking in the room - what is that? No takeaways I could understand, but we felt we couldn't take our water bottle and chocolate bar upstairs). No duvet cover on the duvet, no pillowcases, very cheap and nasty thin mattress, no freeview on the TV just one of those internet sticks where you are expected to log into your own apps, which we didn't do in case we couldn't clear our login details afterwards. Room was clean and staff were nice, but beyond that we weren't impressed.

Located around a ten minute walk from Glasgow city center, is a great option for a short stay. Nice personnel, fast check in and check out.

Standard bunk-bed system. Clean and comfortable. Good quality blackout, bed surround curtains, with 2 power points inside the pod. As it is an Hostel, there are no towels and only foam soap dispenser. Good value for money in the heart of Glasgow. Free tea and coffee facilities in communal area. Good wi-fi reception. Luggage lockers in each room, but you require a padlock, which you can purchase at reception.
