The place itself was great; however, I need to remove some stars because although it was Monday night, there was a drunk man outside our window screaming for hours from ~2-4AM on the back street trying to fight another man. I had parked my car there, and then he started kicking my car and lying on top before lying in the street. I had to call the police and all the kids woke up. I'm hoping it's an isolated incident for the area...

Good stay, very nice loft!

Perfect accommodation for a family with separate rooms for the kids (bunk beds) and adults. Well stocked kitchen, with a comfortable living/dining room area. Great location in a trendy neighborhood, and a short walk from Vieux Quebec.

The access to bus passes was the best amenity ever! Absolutely helpful! The space was perfectly clean with all the kitchen utensils necessary. Loved the rooptop where we had sunset charucterie and wine. Excellent nightcap to our QC visit. Communication was excellent - property mgmt responded promptly when an extra blanket was requested or if we had questions.

Such a chic and comfortable place to stay. You will need around 10 mins drive to old Montreal but that is pretty convenient. The loft is super pretty and clean. There is mid size supermarket around and some cute restaurants around.👍

Lofts are spacious and in heart of QC, which is the good part. There are some obvious miss outs and improvements needed to improve the guest experience. 1. Basic things in kitchen were missing, kitchen paper wipes, scrubber. 2. Bedroom A/C did not work (we had to switch on living a/c and reduce its temperature) 3. No extra quilts or pillows provided. Bedroom dont have doors or walls and covered with thick black curtains. Any noise from kitchen or other bedroom and disturbs the sleep very easily. 4. Most Imp - Lofts are not serviced (cleaned) every day or every other day (Much Needed if someone is staying for more than 3 days). Feedback for owners to have house keeping improved, we sent a email to send additional bath soap and dish washer liquid but there was no response.

We were upgraded to the Barracade building near the marina which was perfect for us. Stayed 6 nights in a condo like building. Would book Le Lofts again in the future.

Great for one night stay. A bit noisy if your room is on Charest boulevard.

Great price for a very clean and upscale propoerty with two seperate bed rooms. Neiborhood is just ok in downtown area. Grocery store is nearby. Parking lot is open space with a lot of spaces but serface is not good and no security.

The place was clean and very spacious. Good food options and transportation to downtown nearby. Only issue was the AC unit could not keep up with the heat so it was still pretty warm even after the sun went down.

Nice apartment for a few days.

We loved this spacious, clean, modern loft space with 2 beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. The staff working at the property were highly response and easy to contact with some small questions. I would be happy to return again. Our only concern were the number of drug addicted, homeless folks wandering around the hotel, day and night. Imagine they are harmless, but they are a part of the neighborhood.

clean, large size, very well equipped kitchen

Great loft with exception of no closets or wardrobe or anywhere to hang or out your clothes. Also be aware bedrooms don’t have solid walls between them but curtains - strange design as no sound privacy. Also living room only has sheer curtains on windows so street light comes through and less privacy at night. Upstairs guests had a kid or someone constantly running and you can hear walking and sounds overhead. Kitchen is great to have and well equipped. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store, but area is a little sketchy - more homeless people and people out of it on drugs or alcohol than in other parts of Quebec. Management is responsive.

Great location.

Allowed me to access the room 3 hours in advance since it wasn't occupied. Been to over 500 hotels, this one is easily one of the top 5 for cleanliness. Whoever cleans deserves praises. Plus all of the bedding is probably cleaned after each stay and the mattress has a mattress cover which seems to be cleaned pretty often (compared to yuky yuk usual hotel mattress the thin bottom layer sheet usually sits directly on). Bed is comfy. What was expected for the price. I would take a bit softer personally but it's probably semi-firm. Unit itself is really nice. I had the third floor corner unit facing Beenox. Pretty quiet given where the building is. The only things that could be improved would be the heat pump which was struggling a little bit given the heatwave and the lack of opaque blinds in the common areas (bedroom has some). I would at least add some in front of the washroom since people from the street can see inside at night. Overall though, the HP is probably sized properly for 95% of the summer in QC...this heatwave is pretty brutal. It was still comfortable. A big plus, since it's active ventilation in the bathroom and you have control over the HRV the moisture is very easy to control (which is sometimes a big problem in hotels). I love the fact it's minimalistic. Oh and yes, the fridge IS quiet !!! Overall loved my stay, will 100% be back. Location is perfect. Great experience on every aspect. Kuddos to the whole team.

Would stay again

So much better than a hotel room. Great kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Big windows though the view was inner city street scape, Neat clean design, but don't expect a bureau or chest of drawers (or hangers). I was worried it would be noisey because neighbours had small kids, but didn't hear them at all in my unit.

You can cook and feel at home because they have lots of things to use for cooking.

The parking is quite a distance away , and seems like an unsafe place and very dusty. The room is big, with well equipped kitchen and clean inside. Windows cannot be opened , maybe because it’s really dusty outside . Reply from reception via email is fast when we were unable to cool the room. There is a supermarket behind the block and places for food nearby.
