Negatives : The room is bare minimal with nothing in it.
Positives : Common place to hang out, with games, cafe, etc.
Close to the Jasper town and train station.

The hostel was buzzing with energy from the moment I stepped through the door. The lively common areas, it exuded a sense of camaraderie and adventure. The common areas were well-maintained and conducive to both relaxation and socializing with other travelers.

The room is smelly, and with no AC. As the alternative, air circulation fan is noisy. I can hear other room’s fan all night.
the hostel is near train track, which is disturbing overnight.
Room amenities are as simple as is could be.

A perfect hostel. Kitchen is awesome. Suites are a little expensive. Would definitely stay again. Train noise was also awesome.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Newer facility. Staff were friendly. 3 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Lots of amenities.
Only negative was they did not clean my room despite even using the door hanger requesting the service.

All the staff was friendly and helpful when we got checked in and checked out. I found that with the hostel being fully booked it was very quiet and could barely tell that it was fully booked. It was very clean and set up very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Great helpful staff and the rooms were clean just a bit cramped. Our dorm was good at closing the doors quietly but next door unfortunately wasn't!

It was the only hotel we stayed in all of Canada that was not up to par for cleanliness. The shower curtain bottom was very dirty dingy and grey. It was actually for my Birthday and they didn’t do anything despite it being mentioned. The front staff are very uninterested in anyone… in general. We got back from dinner at 10 and had to park and walk in the pitch black and if I had no phone I would not have felt safe at all. I had to worry most of the night about my car which was left full of vacation items etc far away. Overall would not stay again ay all! Let alone for the high prices. It’s no better than the Motel 6

This is a great spot for travellers. Close to Jasper down (walkable), lots of areas within the hostel to hangout and lounge, and super friendly staff. The cafe had great coffee and reasonably priced wraps/sandwiches that we took out with us while we adventures each day. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

The hostel is walking distance from the downtown.
Rooms are great and the common kitchen is huge!
There’s a big common fire pit.

It seemed overpriced, but so were other lodging in the area. It was pretty plain with no coffee or other amenities such as microwaves or mini fridges. The bed was OK, but not the greatest for the price.

The place was really good, neat and tidy. Only thing is that there weren’t enough towels in the room.

The Hotel doesn’t have enough parking lots for guess, but doesn’t say or have a sign, instructions by the parking lot (is full at all times) that helps guess can go to public (offside) parking lot near by.
Guess would be stressful and waste their time at the parking lot upon arrival.
Front desk doesn’t state clearly, there is overflow parking but it’s public parking lot which no connection to the hotel….
We have so much confusing at the arrival..
The elevator doesn’t work….
We don’t recommend this hotel at all…

Hi Jasper was the most clean and convenient hostel I ever stayed in Canada travel. It is new and modern. Most of all, very clean. I strongly recommend hi jasper to all travelers and backpackers especially to korean traveller. The location is slightly far from downtown but still walkable, about 10 mins walk.

Keep in mind I took a dorm room so that is always going to be short of space and privacy. I di this overnighting on VIA rail and didnt want to pay 400 for a motel room around town.
Saying that it was very convenient, everything you would want . Lockers, washrooms around lobby, nice little cafe you can sit inside or out. It also has that friendly backpacker vibe, everyone friendly and trustworthy.
Its also close to the town and some hiking options are available nearby. I did one and checked out a bit late but staff were great about it, a defenite thumbs up.
