Had an overnight stay while visiting the city

Nice modern hotel, with a great quality buffet breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Hope to come back again!

I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast is a little hectic so go early. That said, the staff manage the crowds very well. The only negative (and I think this is true for most of the UK), the bedding sleeps terribly warm. All of the reception staff were nice. The only glitch we ran into was about the breakfast. We paid for it with our booking and when we initially inquired about it, we were told that we hadn't paid. We double checked the booking and asked another staff member and he confirmed that we had paid for it. Would absolutely stay there again.

This hotel is very convenient to the convention center and is walkable to the Royal Mile and sites in Old Town and New Town. There are a good number of dining options nearby and the restaurant on site is pretty good. The breakfast buffet is particularly good.

Close to the convention center. Close to the Haymarket train stop. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Bar options were a plus.

This is a really nice modern hotel in a great location. Sensibly they don't tuck the duvet in fully around the bed, refreshingly common sense. Blackout curtains in the room really do blackout, makes it difficult to get up in the morning as it still feels like night! One thing to watch out for if approaching on foot from the Haymarket station direction there is not much at street level to indicate you've found the place you're looking for, look out for the bird symbol. Its hard to fault, so there's some constructive feedback; - Over bearing air freshener scent when coming in through the main doors. - Proper door on the bathroom would be preferred. - No coat hooks in room, hotels really miss a trick with this. - Pillows are a bit small, and too 'full', personal preference of course but when there are so many on the bed might as well provide a mix.

Great central location, the staff were very helpful and very polite. We arrived at 10am and called in to drop our bags off. The gentleman on the desk checked if our rooms were ready and we checked in early. This made such a difference to our day.

It was a very clean hotel, lovely staff and food and drinks reasonably priced, the only thing I will say is the air conditioning in the restaurant area wasn’t working and it was a little chilly.

Can highly recommend this hotel. Everyone in our party was very impressed with the hotel, it is very clean and rooms are a high standard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

An excellent hotel that looked after us along the way. Was very accommodating when I needed a place to pray after checking out.

Staff stole belongings of mine that i asked them to post to me, an expensive Christmas gift that I couldn’t fly with and not a single staff member apologised and were extremely rude when this happened. Hotel is not safe.

Stayed here with work colleagues whilst attending an event at ICC. This hotel is lovely, spacious rooms and really comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to chose from on the buffet.

We've Stayed in Voccos before and booked this in back of that a very nice hotel, very clean and quiet. Little bit off the beaten road but theres plenty of bar and restraunts 5 min away. But please bring back you Korres toiletries as the one you're now using smell awful lol

Great stay, walking distance to princes street and train station. Staff were super helpful and room very comfortable.

The staff were amazing, I arrived very early and they didn’t have a room ready (totally understandable) but they directed me to an area where I could work and whilst I worked and had a cup of tea, the receptionist (who I now know was the duty manager) came across and gave me my key. The waiting staff and receptionists were all brilliant, always smiled and welcomed me as I walked past and was a pleasure staying there. Great location, rooms, facilities and quiet.

We were 10 minutes late for breakfast but we were allowed to eat. I think that was very nice of them.

Toilets on ground floor very dirty - all 3 cubicles in similar state - not a good initial impression - subsequent to that no problems or issues and very enjoyable stay!

The best hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Europe. Nice rooms to spend time in on a rainy day or night.

Paid extra for a high floor room, expected somewhat of a view. Ended up having a view of a wall. I was disappointed with the soundproofing, you could hear every door on the floor slam shut, but when the next door over closed, it literally shook the room. Not worth the price.

The location is perfect and the staff ,room and facilities are of a very high quality . I HAVE NOT HAD MT £60 Deposit removed from my credit card .?

Reception staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay - friendly service, great views, good location. The bed definitely seemed smaller than the queen that we booked, and both treadmills in the gym were out of order but overall a nice stay.
