It’s a great hotel. Our room however - the bathroom door trim on the inside looked like some one urinated on it and it wasn’t cleaned. The shower floor looked dirty…black mold in various spots near the drain

This hotel was convenient to Vanderbilt Hospital, which is where we needed to be. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had!

Our group of 6 came to Nashville for the Packer game vs Titans. We had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. The living space included a kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, stove top, and complete refrigerator/freezer which was really nice. The living space also included a small island table, pull out sofa sleeper, and enough seating for all 6 of us. We could have used another small dresser for more drawer space.
The fitness center and indoor pool areas were very nice and well maintained. The pool was large (a bit cool) with an outdoor seating area with grills for cooking. Unfortunately there was not a hot tub or whirlpool. The fitness center was not just one or two bikes. It had a wide range of free weights, a strength training machine capable of 8 separate exercises and more than a dozen high quality treadmills, bikes, and elliptical machines.
The bar, lounge, and breakfast area were also wonderfully set up with multipleTVs and plenty of seating with comfortable couches and chairs. The only negative was the bar didnt open until 4:00. The breakfast was a high end continental style always featuring a couple of hot food choices, fruit, cereals, and assortment of breads and muffins. This area did need more service attention with restocking in order to keep it from running low on items.
The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. We also took full advantage of their shuttle to Broadway St.
We would definitely stay here again!!

Traveling for work solo and stayed here for the second time. It’s always been extremely delightful and the rooms make you feel like a millionaire. Parking garage is gated so I felt safe with my flatbed truck being left unattended with parts on the back.

We loved staying here in the Staybridge hotel … it was beautiful , safe and clean . Breakfast was great and everyone was super friendly .

Nice place, our room had some wear but was clean. Be prepared to pay $32 for parking on top of your reservation price. We could walk to several restaurants.

This is our favorite place to stay in Nashville. It’s quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are really comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious with some options for just about everyone, and it’s easy to downtown and easy to the highway. Thanks Staybridge!

Room was nice, clean, and spacious.
Staff was rude and unhelpful. Front desk staff didn’t know anything, they didn’t provide me with any information that was imperative to know, and acted like we were dumb for asking questions.
Breakfast was completely wiped clean with an hour left before they close the breakfast area. Staff didn’t replenish any food, and that left us with nothing to eat for breakfast. We had to go out, even though complimentary breakfast was “included”.

The property was very clean, the room we stayed in was ok, the spread on the bed had an unpleasant smell. We sprayed it with Lysol and it was much better. Surprising there was no safe in the room, which was very disappointing to us. They only had one nightstand and a table for the bedside so inconvenient. The breakfast was the same menu for the Four nights stay, they could have done better with the eggs, we stayed at many other Staybridge, but this was the first one that disappointed us on the breakfast side. We will continue to stay at this hotel chain for the comfort you get for your money.

We stayed here for a weekend girls trip. I chose this hotel because of the room accomadations suited us the best and the fact that they had a shuttle to bring us to Broadway and therefore saving on Ubers. We checked-in an hour early and were able to get both of our rooms accross from each other, which was great. The lady bartender at the bar was excellent and gave us great tips and information that we asked about. The front desk clerk was not the most helpful one at all. We were never able to get a hold of the shuttle driver, and spent so much money on Ubers. It seems like he was on break everytime we needed a lift, and a long one at that. It would have been cheaper for us to stay closer to Broadway where we could have walked. Shuttle has limited hours as well, so check to make sure they are even running that day and what time frames if you are planning on staying here to use the shuttle service vs staying closer to where you want to be. The pool was freezing, way too cold for us. The firepit outside was very nice. Overall the hotel was great, we just won't stay there again since we were depending on the shuttle service and it failed us. That is a great perk that people like, so hopefully they will invest a little more in that and provide better service next time.

The respectable and easy going staff at the front desk felt no need to rush or be rude. Very nice and very friendly. The building itself is centered currently around a little road work but overall it was not bad at all. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quiet. I loved the kitchen that was in it. The bed was very comfy. And the shower does come with soap but it is locked up so you can only use it and not take it. The shower felt really nice. I really do love the minimal approach in the rooms, really adds to the comfy relaxation feeling. Thank you. Breakfast is free and was good. Me and my wife truly enjoyed our stay.

We stay at this hotel every three weeks due to medical treatments and the staff is always great and accommodating. The male shuttle bus driver is super nice and always goes above and beyond to insure we are taken care of. Rooms are always clean. We feel safe at this hotel.

We loved our stay in the hotel, very good location, not much traffic, close to downtown, Broadway and restaurants. Room was very spacious, clean, Comfortable bed. It has a bar, happy hour, and breakfast is included. Parking on premises, pay additional fee. We will stay again in our next visit to music city

Loved it… but wished it were closer to Broadway!
We went for CMA Fest and there is no shuttle that goes to Broadway or Nissan so we had to do Ubers everyday … other than that I loved our stay at Staybridge Suites! Wish we had used the outside area more just didn’t have time… would definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet, great breakfast and nice staff.

So much construction around we couldn't find the entrance

Recently stayed for 10 nights. The room was ok however could have been cleaner. There were bugs in our room (ants and earwigs). My main complaint would be housekeeping. On checkin we were provided with hotel info that states “light housekeeping” would be done mon-fri. We checked in on a Monday and had housekeeping Tuesday morning however no one was back in our room for the rest of the week. When I questioned the front desk they just said “this is a true extended stay and housekeeping is once a week”. I did not care about the bed being made or changed but every day I would have to go to the front desk to ask for new towels, toilet paper and when asked if I could have new garbage bags as ours were all over flowing they said they had none to offer me. Strangely enough we then had house keeping Monday Tuesday and Wednesday before checking out on Thursday. We paid a significant amount for a stay which I know may have been because of increase prices for CMA fest week however I did expect better service. In saying that all of the staff I encountered did seem very friendly.

the hotel was very nice and they upgraded us to a larger room when we had issues with the toilet, which was great. however it was not convenient to anything. They had to shuttle until 4 p.m. and it would not go more than 2 miles from the resort or to or from the airport. it ended up costing us a lot in Ubers. Breakfast was great but it was suppose to go till 9:30 but if you weren't there by shortly after 9 they did not refill things, even when I asked them to. no other food or drink service until 4. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the hospitals all around the hotel but not for a vacation trip.

Easy check in after $32 in parking for the night. The room was tiny, very far from the elevator, wouldn’t cool down and dirty. Nasty stains on the carpet (see pictures), the pullout bed was full of crumbs and sometime around midnight the ice maker for whatever reason decided to make the worst buzzer sound and wake everyone up. It was like a game ending buzzer in a stadium or something. So uncomfortable and nasty. Breakfast was incomplete for some reason. They had all the toppings for breakfast burritos out but nothing else. Just waffles, bagels, bread and cold sausage.
This did not live up to the reviews we read when we booked. We didn’t get any rest and we continued on our road trip exhausted. Will never stay here again.

Everything was great. No complaints. 3 year old hotel and it still looks and feel new. Checked in late in the evening. Desk clerk was great and very helpful. Rooms were great and spacious.

Dealing with the people in reservations was terrible. They charged my card four hours before I arrived. Them blames it on hotels.com. I had to then call hotels and get them to find the answer. Then I had to call the hotel again. Ugh. All unnecessary. The First Lady at the hotel was awful to talk to
