This is the second time my family has stayed here. First time, no issues. This trip, the room was dirty, smelled like mold. The gym was filthy, TV broken, no wipes to wipe down equipment. The breakfast was the same, sub par. Overall, big decline and won’t be staying there again.

We came into town to see family for a couple of days. Our car had problems and we had to extend our stay. The staff was kind and considerate. They let us keep the same room, which was clean, comfortable, and a good size for our family. The breakfast was good, and well stocked.

The cleaning crew folds the wash cloth neatly on top of the hung towel. They don’t have to do this and it is a good sign that the hotel and its staff makes the extra effort to ensure a pleasant stay.

My wife and were driving from northern California to San Francisco and needed a place to stay overnight. The place very good. It had a gym and an indoor swimming pool that unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy. Free parking was a plus. The parking lot was large and well iluminated. Breakfast was better than what I had expected. The bed was very comfortable.

Super clean room. It was very well lit and lots of outlets. Our room was quite spacious and the bathroom was pretty big too.
Breakfast was very good. A lot of different choices. Cereal, sausage, eggs, toast, muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. And more.

The property was well-maintained and was very quiet. Was a short distance from several local dining options and close to the highway. The only issue was their housekeeping never cleaned our room or gave us new towels. The breakfast was ok, but nothing to rave about. Coffee was excellent and very hot. I would definitely stay here again.,

I feel the breakfast needs to be better. Eggs were rubbery, coffee was watery and there werent any non pork sausages.

The hotel is clean, service excellent and variety breakfast, the only thing issue is that they need to use bleach, vinegar and baking soda to whitewash towels, but overall is a good option to stay here

The pool was out of service for our baseball team to use after playing in a 100* + temps. Our bathroom sink was clogged and took until the next day to get it unclogged. Looks like a newer hotel to have those types of issues. Will not be returning!!

The property was nice. Convenient to the fireworks show and many restaurants. Only problem we had was with the parking closed off. It was difficult conversing with the staff on duty. The manager straightened everything out and the rest of our stay was great!

We stay at this property every time we visit family in California, which is usually 6-8 times out of the year. I will always stay here if there is availability because of how safe the area is and how well maintained the property is. The front desk associates are always very pleasant and very helpful. I definitely recommend this property!

Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a holiday inn… there was a used wet towel in the shelf. The bathroom shower had scum and there weren’t enough towels. It was only a night. But like I said I would have thought it be better.

The beds were amazing! Extremely comfortable. Breakfast we good. Everything overall was great. The one little complaint is that our bathroom door would not latch closed or lock because of this. Not many dining options to chose from in walking distance.

Very helpful to have the suite-style kitchenette with the micro, fridge and keurig, and the meals available for purchase in the freezer of the market which had a great selection of items. The room felt very luxe and I loved the chaise loungs with side table for working or dining and spacious, luxe bathroom layout. Also liked the holders with the Dove soap dispensers. Never used the hotel "facial bars" on my face. First time I've seen a makeup towelette and I had forgotten mine so it was appreciated. Beautiful view of the water.
