The hotel is clean ans joyful I liked very much the cartoons painted in the walls. Specially the ones related ro nuevo León state. Is worth to see and understand them. The hotel is close to rewtsitabrs.

Having problems with morning and evening staff at main counter. Even staff was excellant.

This is one of my favorites hotels in mo terrey, everytime that a have to visit costumers on Apodaca, I stay here. Very high recommend

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Had a wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Great food and very clean rooms.

The pool was closed due to under construction which was never mentioned when I done my reservation. The gym was outdated and most of all machines there didn’t work. Besides that beds were comfy clean breakfast was great

The restaurant staff was attentive and kind, unfortunately front desk staff were a different story. The breakfast area was crowded and the floor dirty with small pieces of food on the ground, I guess they're probably understaffed. There was a sign in the room offering complimentary toiletries. I called front desk to ask for a tube of tooth paste and they never brought it to my room. Later on, I walked over to the front desk to ask for the toothpaste and they never offered any complimentary, and instead tried to sell me one in a rude, unwelcoming fashion. The room they assigned us was noisy as it was on 2nd floor, and they held events in a ballroom at 1st floor, so the music could be heard clearly, along with noises from the lobby. Lastly, the indoor pool was under maintenance, and, to my understanding it's been like that for the past 3 months or more. Sadly, because this was one of the main reasons we booked here in the first place. Would not stay here again.

The breakfast included was great, and the free transportation to the airport is also a great perk

Most hotels we stayed at (not just here) needed some attention to up-keep. Our cab ride to the airport was just plain awful. The cabbie had a natural gas car which was noisy and underpowered, he coughed and made token efforts to clean his filthy windshield, and was rude. Welcome to Monterrey. They offered complimentary drinks but they were no good. I bought an extra pina colada at their bar and was shocked at how bad it was. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good however.

Good Service

I specifically booked this hotel because it said indoor pool and airport transportation. Well, SURPRISE! the pool’s heater wasn’t working and the transportation for the airport started at 6am on Monday (my flight was for 4am). That upset me. The hotel was clean and newer. I just needed one night.

Near airport nice and clean and very polite staff

In General we love this hotel, we have previously stayed. The bfk is delicious.. the reason why I rate it 3 stars is because, our room had a weird smell.. I let the front desk know and they added air freshener, but the smell was still there..( I do have a very sensitive nose) and our A/C was not as cool as we like.

The hotel is hard to reach.

Rooms were small and they had full size beds not queen.

Everything was all right. The only thing to consider is that the pool should be cleaned and vacuumed with more effort and frequency. I've stayed for two times in a short period of time, the first time a thought that maybe they were experiencing lack off staff, but the second time saw it was also dirty. so definitely they need to effort more on that point.
