We have stayed in many VRBO rentals but this one maintained like it was loved by someone!!! Monica was amazing!!! If I new our spring dates for next year I would book it already. This house was amazing!!! The backyard was just gorgeous! So much to do in the area. Great neighborhood. Best vacation home ever!!! Thank you for sharing.

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals but this one maintained like it was loved by someone!!! Monica was amazing!!! If I new our spring dates for next year I would book it already. We had a family get together and this property worked perfectly. The location was great and the functionality of the house was good. We noticed we didn’t have propane to the grill and the property manager made sure we had some that night.
My only complaint was we weren’t able to adjust the thermostat, it got a little warm in the night for all of us. I’m sure if we would have mentioned it to the property manager it would have been adjusted, just a little frustrating we couldn’t make those adjustments our self.
I would stay here again.

All it was good that's a good option for everyone who wants to get a good time! A good communication with the owner all the time checking if everything was okay and if you have questions you got answer

Beautiful house with great kitchen and living spaces. Backyard was lovely with lots to entertain the kids. Clean, well maintained and very friendly host. Will definitely rent this one again! Only improvement recommendation would be to add another bathroom. One of the bathrooms was only accessible through the master.

Our family of 11 took a trip to Arizona to surprise and celebrate the 50th birthdays of our favorite twins. The home was an absolute dream and the perfect size for our group. The house had everything you could possibly need, kitchen fully stocked and all of the beds are comfortable and cozy. The backyard with the beautiful pool, corn hole and putting green was a big hit for teens and grow ups alike. The beautiful master bedroom and en suite bathroom are amazing! Working with Monica made the planning very easy. We highly recommend this home and would definitely love to come back again.

This home was perfect for us. It was super clean and beautifully decorated. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Communication with any questions was answered within a few minutes or less. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay. We were there for a concert and a lot of us from our family were going so we made a weekend stay of it since we are from out of town. The home was perfect for all of us, clean, comfortable good location.

This property fit our needs perfectly. The pool was great with the warm weather and kids enjoyed the mini golf. Everything was neat and clean. Would highly recommend this for a relaxing stay. Monica was awesome and communicated quickly to our questions.

Clean, spacious, great neighborhood close to restaurants and stores, Easy check in process and owner very easy to communicate with.
Lots of amenities provided, bath and pool towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, cooking utensils, toaster, blender etc, coffee maker and coffee to go with it.
We had 4 families for a baseball tournament and had plenty of room!
Highly recommend and well priced.

Used this house for a graduation family/friends get together at Midwestern University. It is about 12 minutes from the university. The house is stunning. The pool out back is fantastic. So fun to do some putting and play cornhole. The grill is great and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stunning. Everything there was great. Not a single fault and would definitely stay here over and over!

This home is more than what we expected. The property and home is beautiful, spotless and has all the amenities necessary. You feel right at home and comfortable. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again and refer friends and family.
