We loved it! The house was clean, it was beautiful and the location was perfect. Close enough to attractions but away from busy crowds. Definitely planning to come back!

This house is wonderful! It is so clean and has everything you need from the kitchen gadgets, to the basket of flip flops, to the beach chairs & umbrellas, to the working grill on the porch. The beds and overall feel of the house is really comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the most beautiful beach and ocean. Highly rated and definitely recommended.

Very nice in a great location. We rented a golf cart and it took less time to load the cart and get on the beach then it would take to wait for the elevator ride in a condo. 10 out of 10 experience.

Loved the location of this place. They even sent some one out to fix an electrical issue on July 4th.

The house was exceptional. Fully stocked with anything and everything you can think of. Very clean. Convenient to get to the beach. Quiet space. We loved our stay so much! Thank you RMI!

Very easy to book. Great location for us. The little kids enjoyed the calmness of the water on the private beach. The older kids were able to walk across the road to the public beach. The public beach is a bit of a walk, but they didn’t mind.

We visited with two families with kids beyween 1 and 10 and had a wonderful stay. The house was just as pictured, if not better. We really appreciated all the little extras like our welcome basket. The first aid kit, nail kit, games, toys, and little coffee station saved us a couple trips out to a shop for things we wouldnt have thought of. The sound beach was very calm and quiet and the gulf beach was perfect for many days of play and relaxation. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys, etc for us to enjoy. The pier a few miles away always had sea turtles, dolphins, sharks, and/or blue heron when we went. Thanks for a great visit and we cant wait to come back for some more family time.

The place is perfect, spotlessly clean, it is a bit of a walk to the beach but not definitely doable. We did rent a golf cart to make transport of beach essentials easier.

Our family goes to the beach every year and this was our first time in Navarre. This house by far was the best. It was very clean and they thought of everything to make sure the stay made us feel at home. The management company was awesome and very responsive to answer any questions. The location of the house is perfect, right between the beach, pool, and bay. I recommend renting a golf cart for trips to the beach so you don’t have to lug all of your stuff across the street since there’s parking at the beach access. Thanks for a great week! We will be back!

Wonderful home with plenty of room for a large family. We rented a 6 passenger Golf Cart which was perfect for us as the beach is a bit of a walk. I do wish the community pool were heated though. The only main "issue" we had was that the drier did not work the entire time we were there which was very inconvenient (we were gifted with a $10.00 ice cream gift card for our issue however, this is clearly not enough $ to buy ice cream at the ice cream truck for 8 adults and 2 young kids).Some kind of credit for our stay would have been appreciated. We did spend a day at the beach on the bayside as it was less windy than the beach. The house overall was in excellent condition (minus the drier issue) and we were greeted with a sweet welcome basket which was much appreciated as were the toiletry items provided in each bathroom.Beach chairs, toys, a wagon and beach towels were provided as well.CThe kitchen was very well appointed.Communication with the property manager was excellent.

We had an amazing time and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation. Michelle and Katie were excellent and made sure that we had a wonderful stay. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful and spacious house lived up to the photos. Easy access to public beach on the gulf and a quiet private beach on the sound. Loved that beach toys, towels and a wagon were provided. They even had spare flip flops.

Excellent experience! Easy check-in process and very clean home. We were greeted with a welcome basket and a sweet note from the property manager. Everything was detailed for our stay and the check out process was wonderful. The property manager reached out personally to see if we had any questions or concerns. You don’t have to be on the beach to have a great time at this location. This is a beautiful and peaceful home with everything you need for cooking and staying in, or being out all day and coming home to relax. The property team was very pro active and responsive to our needs; you'll even find shampoo and body wash dispensers waiting for you in the shower. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for a family to use. The beach access is very close. It’s not a bad walk and we found a wagon for the beach gear. Its a really short drive across the street with several parking spaces if you choose to drive. The hidden gem is a walkway to the intercostal area to watch dolphins and sunsets. We had a great time at this property.

We decided last minute to take a quick summer getaway and we were so fortunate that this home was available. MY ONLY less than perfect thought is that it is not on the beach ;-) However, everything else about this home is incredible. They have thought of literally everything. The location is awesome, rent a golf cart and beach access is right across the street. However, you do not even have to leave the neighborhood for sand and water, the bayside (just down the road) is an awesome place to hang out, sandy beach and all! Michelle was amazing to coordinate with. She had a sweet little basket of such thoughtful items for us when we arrived. Her communication was incredible with quick and thorough responses. She provided us with places to call for rentals etc. before we arrived so that everything was ready to go! The home is very spacious a great layout. The kitchen has all things. The linens were plentiful. Beach towels provided, beach chairs and toys provided. We even added a few toys to the mix. Great place and will definitely stay there again!
