My daughter got married at the Charleston Aquarium the first weekend of October. We were looking to stay close to downtown but not downtown. What a perfect place to stay.. 10 minutes and you are right downtown. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. As many times as we have been to Charleston we never ventured here, so it was quite a surprise. Loved the golf course views and my husband and I walked there everyday as it was so close. We enjoyed watching the golfers everyday too from the outdoor cabana .. they were all so friendly. It was nice to come back and relax after the hectic wedding g activities. We did manage to drive to the beach for an hour .. that was only about 20 minute out and a beautiful beach for a walk . It was too cool to swim, Everyone enjoyed their stay . We had friends from West Palm Beach stay with us and they were so happy not to be in a hotel.

We had a wonderful time at this home! Loved the view of the golfcourse and enjoyed watching the golfers every evening. The home had everything we needed and was truly comfortable. Super cute neighborhood that we enjoyed walking each morning-thank you!

House is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood close to Charleston and MUSC. Property manager was helpful and easy to contact. Would recommend for a quiet relaxing time close to a lot of things.

We were close to everything we wanted to do! Folly Beach, rainbow row, the pineapple fountain, comedy club, ghost tour on an old naval ship, the market. Really great location! The house had everything we needed to cook, relax, and get some rest. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you!

Inside was cute and clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient to Folly and Charleston.

Sean's property was perfect. Just how it looked in the pictures and was a perfect fit for our family of 5. The location is perfect to doing things around the area. Short drive to downtown, easy to get to and from Folly Beach, great golf and plenty of good restaurants around. The communication with Sean was excellent as well. I highly recommend this property! A private home in what appeared to be a family neighborhood, with view of golfers out the back picture window. Accessible to major attractions.

If you love golf, this is your place to stay. With a view of the 5th hole right out your back window, you will be delighted for hours. It is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston so you’re close to everything. The house was a spacious and on a quiet street.

We loved watching the golfers and going to folly beach, and downtown Charleston!

Our stay here was perfect! The house is a quick ride away from everything in Charleston and located in a very friendly neighborhood. Everything within the house is modern/updated. The backyard with a gazebo overlooking the golf course is the best spot to kick back and relax. Will definitely be coming back here to stay again!

Very clean and very convenient!

The property is a great location for golf, visiting downtown Charleston or heading down to Folly Beach. We used it for Parent’s Weekend at The Citadel, which also 10 minutes away.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The owner had a lot of amenities for the renters to use. The owner replied instantly so communication was great! The owner provided EVERYTHING we could possibly require. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and backyard are excellent. Location is incredible, central to beach and downtown. The open windows in the kitchen allow for a beautiful morning view while sipping coffee. Owner had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our trip comfortable and memorable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The house was so nice! There are so many ammenitities and things the home owner has for renters to use. Communication was never an issue, he replies instantly. The house is central to pretty much everything you could want to do. We definitely intent to rent here again!! highly recommend
