Great place for the whole family! Iryna was a great hostess and was quick to respond to any messages. The house was amazing!! It was fully stocked with everything you would need and more! The location of the house is perfect- close enough to the tourist things without all the traffic and noise. It was so peaceful. We brought our dogs and she had everything needed for them from treats, dog bowls, crates and toys for them to play with. The whole family enjoyed all the amazing amenities that the house had to offer. My little one loved the playground, and we all loved the arcade games, hot tub, fire pit and theatre room. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and we hope to come back soon!

This is a Wonderful home stocked with everything you could possibly need to stay there. Beautiful location with peace and quiet away from the big city but not to far away from anything. Definitely will be staying again in the future.

Absolutely lovely home plenty of space and lots to do. We had a wonderful stay. There was so much to do that I wish I planned more time to stay there instead of going to all the regular tourist attractions. About 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge Lake Douglas is not far if you like water activities I would definitely rent a boat

Our family had a wonderful stay. The pictures and property description were spot on. The location provided us a private retreat with family. We felt welcomed immediately; our hostess, Iryna left us small gift to welcome us for the week. Our kids were able to enjoy playing outside, swimming in the pool and watching movies in the theater room. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit at the end of each day. The entire family enjoyed meals, and playing games on the porch. Be sure to add the Forbidden Caverns to your itinerary, less than 5 minutes from the property and enjoyed by all. Iryna was a great hostess and responded quickly to the few questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful time!!

This was by far one of the hest properties ever, it was clean and beautifully decorated, all the questions I had the responses were within 5-10 minutes or less! There were 13 of us in all and we all fit and slept comfortably! Also the views from the porch peaceful and breathtaking! Definitely will book again!

This was the most beautiful home and my husband and our family truly enjoyed our stay. We did not want to leave! Iryna was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. She also decorated for the Easter holiday with such beautiful decorations that allowed us to still celebrate Easter in a home away from home. There was plenty of room, plenty of beds, and even more beds that roll out, should you need extra. The cute pet supplies really touched our heart and made us wish we brought out furry family as well. This home was just what we were looking for: a warm home away from home and if we return, we will definitely book here again! Easy access to pigeon forge. The theatre room is so comfy and there were so many games and activities to choose from. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home with our family! The property is in an amazing location. Even with neighbors close and off in the distance, the sounds of nature still remain. We were able to have our wedding onsite and had perfect weather. The entertainment in the house was great to keep the kids occupied the whole weekend. Definately recommend for anyone to book in the future. Host was very helpful with anything we needed. The house has everything you could ever ask for.

My family and I stayed at this house the week after Christmas. It was a beautiful home. There were 11 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby and we had plenty of room for everyone. Both the upstairs living room and basement had plenty of room for the whole group to get together and hang out. We played board games upstairs and brought our own switch to play on the projector screen downstairs. The owners provided so much for us to use, especially for the toddlers. There was a pack and play, a high chair, and so many toys. It was very appreciated. We needed to ask the owners questions a few times while there and she was very responsive and helpful. The only thing we were worried about was that there was only 2 bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). But as long as whoever is staying in the main room upstairs doesn't mind people cutting through there, it was actually just fine and we never had an issue. Kitchen was great and very well stocked, we made family dinners every night. Also appreciated having a drive way that held more than two cars like some cabins do. We easily had 4 cars in the driveway and could have had more. I would definitely recommend this cabin and we hope to come back.

Iryna’s house was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays. The house was decorated for the holidays with lots of wonderful personal touches. Iryna left us holiday treats and stuff to make hot chocolate. She was a very responsive host and answered all of my questions promptly. The kids had a blast in the game area downstairs and the big movie screen was a hit. The hot tub was enjoyed nightly. Kitchen had everything we needed! It was a great trip and best of all the house was extremely clean which I think is one of the most important things for me. Thank you for everything Iryna! I highly recommend a stay at this property!

The house was very clean, tastefully and festively decorated , comfortable for our party with different ages. We had a wonderful weekend. We would revisit this property.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was amazing! The wrap around porch with sitting areas along had awesome views all around. Games for every age group. The kitchen had many appliances. Large refrigerator with freezer. All the bedrooms were decorated so cute. With very cute sitting areas when you want a little me time. We really felt at home. Plenty of towels. Laundry room stocked w/detergent. The TV Room w/movie theatre screen and recliners were the popular place to hang out. The owner is wonderful! She really went out of the way to make us feel at home. Even leaving an apple pie, turkey pan and turkey bags!! So very thoughtful. She really wants her guests to have the best time during their stay. With it being the holidays, she even had the house decorated for Christmas. Our family had a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back.

This property is well taken care of. It can sleep an entire family. There is entertainment on site. The layout of the house is amazing. We had a few issues with the VRBO app, but the host was able to walk us through those with ease. Amazing stay.

We enjoy staying at locations away from the ruckus of the city, and this was the perfect place for us. It’s not too far of a drive from Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, so you have access to activities, then peace at night.

Perfect house in a great location. The house is super convenient to all the attractions in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville, but located in a quiet area with NO TRAFFIC. The adults enjoyed peaceful nights sitting on the huge porches and the kids absolutely loved the massive theater room downstairs. Fun, fun, fun!!!! Vacationing in the Smokey Mountains is always a blast, but this house honestly made it hard to leave on some days. The crazy amount of amenities and the small details were amazing....the game room, the open upstairs area, even the well-stocked laundry room was perfect!!! No complaints on anything. Immaculately clean as well. Can't wait to stay here again on our next trip!!!
