Stay was clean and quiet. The only minor inconvenience was they didn’t refill the coffee in room, other wise it was great.

This hotel is excellent! Bright and modern, clean, fairly new, wide variety of options in the free breakfast and it was fresh and yummy. We also loved that breakfast is swerves until 10:00am.

Excellent location! Right next to Costco, just down the street from Walmart easy to run for needed things. Walking distance to several restaurants. Hotel seems new if not brand new, breakfast is nice and fairly extensive. We stayed here to visit Southfork Ranch and it’s perfect for northern Dallas area

Bathroom had public hairs and long curly black hairs on floor and tub. Bed had black hairs on it. - Breakfast made us all slightly queasy. Overall, the beds were comfortable and tv was big but the cleanliness wasn’t the best.

It was good, the front desk person (young lady) was very helpful, she provided great customer service.

It is in a great, safe area that’s walking distance to many nice restaurants. We will stay here again.

Arrived at the hotel and our key didn’t work to the room. Went downstairs again the lady rekeyed it and it still didn’t work. She had to come up and let us in and said she would get us another key but of course we never received it. The bed is hard and the room was missing towels. Tried to call front desk several times and no answer even called from my personal phone and still no answer.

The stay was nice only thing is that I could not sleep, the room has no curtain and I had a light in my face all night and when I told the front office they said ok. I don’t expect anything to be done now but fix this so the next guess will not have the same issue.

All the staff were great. The tap water had a bit of a smell and the hand sanitizer shelf was a bit high, but overall the experience was great.

We had a great stay When we checked in the lady at the front was very overwhelmed by the computers not working and 5 people to check in but she handled it very well and got us into our rooms .
Definitely will stay there again for besides that it was clean and rooms were nice !

We came in off the road late and ready for bed. They quickly got us checked in and it was a quiet, peaceful stay.

This was a really nice hotel. The service was nice, and the appearance was well-kept and modern. The outside had pretty blue lights. The bed was comfortable, which is unusual for me to say. The breakfast would be my only complaint, as it didn't seem to be cooked as well as other Holiday Inn Expresses. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We were really impressed in the value for the amount paid.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. While the staff was courteous, I encountered a few issues. The room was not ready until 3:45 PM, despite the 3 PM check-in time. Additionally, there were ants in the bathroom and hairs scattered around, which was concerning, especially with my toddler. I also had trouble uploading photos of the ants to your site.
I hope these matters can be addressed for future guests. Thank you for your attention.

Good experience other than the blind that would not close all the way so we couldn’t stop the lights from outside from filling the room at night

It was very convenient to the Plano Event Center. Lots of options for dining within walking distance. The only issue I had was noise in the hotel. Guests very loud in hallways which interrupted sleep.
