Struttura accogliente, molto curata e molto pulita. I proprietari ci tengono molto a mantenere ordinata la loro guest house. Hanno delle regole di base che chiedono di rispettare e questo denota attenzione nella gestione della struttura. La posizione è molto buona per la presenza di diversi bus che portano in pieno centro in 20/25 min e a 5/10 min di bus si raggiungono le metro. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La camera è curata e dispone di quanto necessario per una breve vacanza a Londra, c'è un frigorifero e nella cucina comune un microonde, tazze e posate, tostapane e forse altro utile per la colazione. Un piacere la doccia nella vasca, con doccino e acqua regolabile perfettamente (funziona benissimo). La camera e il bagno hanno dimensioni modeste, ma credo che a Londra gli spazi abitativi standard siano questi e comunque per una breve vacanza vanno benissimo. Proprietari molto disponibili ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Se torno a Londra, non esiterò a verificare la disponibilità di questa struttura.

It is in a nice and calm area. Room was spacious and clean. The host was kind enough to upgrade my room. Very nice and property very close to the busy station.

L'emplacement était relativement proche du métro, c'était facile et relativement rapide de rejoindre le centre ville. L'hôte est très sympathique et a été très réactif lorsque j'ai eu besoin de lui,

The place itself is ok.

The owner is showing a constant lack of trust, always threatening to cancel booking, charge cost, for any reason. Always referring to Booking.com rules. This place is NOT for people who value trust based relationships. Also the cost for the owner to come to the place in case of a problem is prohibitive (150£).

Environment

Lav was a great host. Was extremely accomodating at both check in and check out. He was easily contactible throughout my stay as well. Close to some public transport and grocery stores as well. Facilites were clean and room was large.

Cozy and comfortable, with everything needed, nice bed with quality linens, TV with Netflix, quiet stay on a quiet neighbourhood, accessible by bus and overground service.

Nothing, everything was good. Maybe just the non-adjustable thermostat that was a bit to hot on the sunny days, but it’s a central heating unit, it’s understandable not to be adjustable.

Lav was such a good host.
