We spent 5 days and 4 nights in Bella Vista and it was everything I could have asked for. The communication with the owner, as well as the property manager was wonderful, not to mention how helpful they both were. The owner, Nikki did a lot of coordinating for me with getting all my provisions, libations etc.to the house prior to my arrival as well as having the golcarts waiting at the ferry dock for us as soon as we arrived. I mistakenly booked the golfcarts a day later than our arrival and she had them correct it to make sure it was there ready as soon as we got into town while on our flight. The house had everything we could have needed. We are big for cooking and entertaining, and most rentals I find are lacking but not Bella Vista. It really had everything we would need and some. I must compliment Nikki on her style. Her home was gorgeous, and that is before even considering that great view she has! Decorated perfectly, functional and spacious. Would highly recommend staying at Bella Vista, we will be back and with our kiddos next time!

The house exceeded our expectations. The location is on a pristine beach with very easy access to it and easily walkable. The house is beautiful, and very spacious even for a full house, nicely decorated, nice kitchen well equipped. Jenks the house manager was absolutely the sweetest and most efficient in every aspect. Very responsive and discreet at the same time. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a terrific time .

The house was perfect and provided plenty of room for the entire family - the home is absolutely stocked with pretty much everything one would need. We will be back - very nice home and comfortable beds as well. As good as it gets as far a rental homes go. The property manager was excellent as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. The layout was perfect for our family and the furnishing were high quality and beautiful. Jenks was a great host and helped us settle in nicely. Definitely rent a boat from Dive Guana to visit the surrounding Cays. Guana Cay is centrally located so you can easily travel to the all the surrounding cays. We hope to return next year as well.

2 weeks in the Bahamas island hopping on our boat with our friends....Bella Vista blew us away. Every room has an amazing ocean view, the house and furnishings are beautiful, and Jenks the caretaker is awesome. Loved it.

Bella Vista was actually better in person. It's perfect for families due to the house layout and lots of sleeping accomadations.

Bella Vista was the perfect home for our family which included both sets of Grandparents. It is in my opinion, the nicest home offered as a rental on Guana (I have been coming to the island since I was three). Jenks, the caretaker was very friendly and met us at the dock. He helped with our luggage and made sure we became acquainted with Bella Vista. The check-in was seamless. Forrest Pinder of Kidds Cove prepared lovely meals for us in the beautifully appointed kitchen. No detail has been left undone…We felt all the comforts of home! We come to the island at least once a year and Bella Vista will be our new home away from home! Many thanks to Nicki for creating such a beautiful spot on my favorite place on earth!

Our 4 nights in Guana at Bella Vista was beyond perfect. From the early questions during the booking process to actual check-in, Nikki and Jenks were the best. The house was beautiful, spotless, all the bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. Our family loved the putting green and the corn hole for some extra fun!! This property is the best in the Abacos! What an incredible stay we had! We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday with family in this little slice of paradise. The owners didn’t skip any detail when building this and it has everything you can imagine. It’s absolutely beautiful! Nicki was helpful and communicative since the beginning and helped me secure a wonderful chef. Jenks is a wonderful manager and helped from the moment we got on the dock to the moment we left. He also coordinated with the chef prior to us arriving to help make it a seamless day. Thank you for all you did! Can’t wait to come back!

7 of us went as a family for a birthday… hired Forrest Pinder as house chef, rented gold carts and boat at Dive Guana! People are SOOO INCREDIBLY nice on island! House was decorated so beachy, charming! So incredibly comfortable for all! Water views in every bedroom! High end finishes… the ocean out every window was spectacular!!!!

Bella Vista stay was one of the best vacation we've ever had. And we've been around... Beautiful views to the Atlantic Ocean from every angle. The home was perfectly designed to host a big family and include some friends as we did. Very clean and had all the necessary cookware to stay and enjoy great meals. I recommend to use their grocery service. We came in late and had to use the local grocery stuff. Very Expensive!!! 3 times what you would pay in the main Island and very few items to chose from. Guana Cay was a bit left behind after the hurricane but people are investing and bringing the island to its best form. A lot of construction, I am sure this destination will be a gold in a couple of years. Last but not least, "Jenks" he was a true gentleman, very helpful and always attend to our needs. He picked us up and brought our golf cart rentals right to the ferry on our way in and back. Great guy! Thanks for your hospitality Nicki. We will see you again for sure.

First time a Guana, it will not be my last. I could not be more pleased with my stay.

Stayed with friends for a week. The home is incredible - recently renovated, beautiful communal space and bedrooms, insane views of the Atlantic, and direct beach access. Host and grounds-keeper are both extremely responsive and take great care of you while you’re there. Look forward to coming again soon!
