- I prefer called a homestay with small private pool. Not ''Villa'' as you imagine. "Villa" supposed to mean a large and luxurious country house. - The host was so friendly. - Easy self service check-in and checked-out. - 8 adult would be the max to have convenient stay.

- Located at deep outside town - No good for view or panorama. You may easy get bored staying. - Small pool with 3.5 meter deep. 5 adult inside the pool may crawded. - The aircondition not cold for hall living but in side bedroom was okay. - Water pressure very slow to take bath. Recommended host to installed water pump. - Old mattres. You will get a back pain if you laying for sleep. Iuckly host prepare extra TOTO so we sleep at the floor for the night. - Not OKU or Older people friendly. OKU with wheel chair or parent with knee pain to staying very not recommended. - The yard not taking a good care. There is weeds everywhere. - To many rules for staying to this homestay. But its ok for me.

Pool water is dirty. Not usable. Bed with rubbing noise from metal frame when u moved. 2nd Bathroom is nightmare. Owner don't care if customer waited for 30 minutes in front of the Gate to wait for her written instruction to enter her unit, which can be provide in advance.
