Nice property just steps from the beach and pool. Would happily stay here again.

This was a wonderful condo in a great location. In the description, I'd recommend adding that it's located in the Sand Dweller 2 grouping of condos, rather than Sand Dweller 1 (where we first went). Also, the front door was very difficult to unlock, so I'd recommend getting a new lock.

We had a great experience with our stay! The comminication with the owner was great. The location to the beach along with access to the pool was ideal. It wasnt overcrowded and quiet which lead to truly enjoying our stay. Will recommend!

The condo was nicely decorated and Taken care of. It is a great location at the end of the island. There were a few items that need to be addressed. The lock on the door was very difficult. We had a hard time unlocking the door every time. The TV in the guest bedroom showed no picture or volume even when signed in to streaming services. Lastly, when we were making the beds, we weren’t given a fitted sheet for one of the beds.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed (linens, towels, kitchen ware, bath supplies). Furniture was comfy and decor was perfectly "beachy". Nice beach views from front porch and back balcony.
I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was a musty odor coming from the master bedroom closet. We ended up hanging all our clothes in the 2nd bedroom closet.
We didn't get to really enjoy the back balcony because there was construction going on in the next door balcony.
It was definitely convenient being able to have such close access to the beach.

Nice condo located at the end 2nd ave with the beach access almost directly across the road. The kitchen had a variety of standard cooking items. Loved the air fryer. Had no problems. Enjoyed our time there.

My brother-in-law and I played in a 3-day golf tournament and the wives spent 3 days sitting on the beach. Condo was at quiet end of the island with a very short walk to the beach. You could see the beach as soon as you walked out front door or the back deck. It took us a few minutes to find the linens to make the beds, would be better if left on the beds. The only other issue we ran into was we couldn't figure out how to change the volume on the Internet TV. We appreciated several of the apps already logged in (like Netflix). Overall, the condo was very nice and in great condition. We would have no problem renting this condo again.

We have a tradition of taking the grandkids to the beach each year normally to North Myrtle. This year we decided to give OIB a try. The grandkids loved the place and the pool and the beach. Hope to return next year as well. Nice is too short a word for our experience. Will definitely have a return visit.

Traveled to Ocean Isle Beach for a 3 day Golf Tournament. Wives came along to enjoy the beach while we golfed. Great location with a very short walk to the beach. No issues getting into Condo and was exactly as shown in the picture. A little confusion at first looking for the bed linens. Usually are found on the beds even if renter has to make the bed up themselves. Had to find the bath towels also (were in dresser drawers along with the linens, at least in Master). Only other issue was we couldn't figure out how to adjust the TV volume. It was a Roku TV with Internet Channels and the remote didn't have a volume adjustment as far as we could tell. Good trip to the beach!

Great view and access to the beach. Quiet part of town. Condo has everything you need for a short stay. When we ran into an issue, the owner communicated and resolved the problem quickly. Overall great stay! The only thing I would recommend is putting up curtains in the bedrooms. There is so much light that comes into the bedrooms day and night - our family didn't sleep well. Beds were comfy. Just too bright at night. Otherwise, highly recommend this condo!

The pier was closed Thursday due to the hurricane coming in. Friday the cop told us we had to leave because high tide would leave about two feet of water where we parked. So we evacuated and drove two hours in the wind and rain.

The property was very nice and clean. It offered all the necessary kitchen equipment for me to prepare breakfast and enjoy my coffee.
