Séjour du 25 juillet au 7 août 2020. Appartement : très propre, accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires adorables. Résidence : très beau bâtiment, très bien entretenu, très belle piscine mais on entend tout se qui se passe chez les voisins (qui sont des propriétaires ou vacanciers) . Située sur le flanc d'une colline à 400 m du centre. Attention stationnement quasi impossible devant la résidence, la galère. Tout doit se faire à pieds ( courses, accès plage...) par un escalier assez long . Rien de rédhibitoire mais usant quand vous devez emprunter cet escalier tous les jours sous 30 degrés minimum bien que nous soyons assez sportifs. Levanto : jolie petite ville, rues piétonnes, bons restaurants. Plages de galets , les 3/4 sont privées mais inaccessibles aux touristes car réservées par les Italiens via des abonnements. Il vous reste les plages publiques plus éloignées et toujours stationnement très difficiles et payant (comme partout en ville). Région : 5 Terres superbes. A faire en bateau ou en train ( encore une fois, oubliez la voiture) La gare est à 15 minutes à pieds de la résidence. Coronavirus : quasi absent du coin, néanmoins la Ligurie interdit l'accès aux piscines ( nous le savions avant notre départ) et les plages publiques sont gérées par un gardien les weekends, qui vous autorise où non l'accès selon l'affluence ( respect de la distanciation). Italie : toujours aussi superbe et accueillante. Oubliez pantalons et manches longues , ils ne vous servirons pas !

Appartamento completo e pulito. Bellissima vista dal giardino, proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile! Assolutamente consigliato!

Wir konnten schöne und ruhige Ferien geniessen. Für den Preis wird sehr viel geboten.

Très bon pied à terre pour un séjour de découverte et/ou de repos. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, conforme à ce qui est décrit dans l'annonce. La propriété est très agréable, au calme, à 20 min à pied du centre (en hauteur => très belle vue mais il faut monter et descendre comme presque partout dans la région). Ambretta a eu la gentillesse de venir me conduire et rechercher à la gare qui est à environ 10 min à pied). Levanto est vraiment un bon point de départ pour visiter les Cinque Terre : tout près, un lieu calme avec une plage de sable. Je recommande vraiment!

Ambretta and Bruno were very nice and helped us immediatly in case of any questions. They picked us up from the train station, which was a huge help. They also provided us with a baby crib for our baby. The appartement is located above the city so you have to walk stairs to get to the beach or train station. Both are easy accessable within 10 minutes walk. The appartement has a swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen. However, no wi fi and no balkony (both which we knew beforehand). All in all we can fully recommend the appartement.

The apartment is located in a beautiful spot on a hillside. The view is charming on the sea and mountains. The apartment is clean with a renovated bathroom. Ambretta is very nice and welcomed us to the train station. She transported our luggage because the road with heavy suitcases to the apartment was not easy.

Ambretta and Bruno picked us up from the train station and guided us as to how we could get to the center and the beach from the apartment. Once arrived we had a thorough walkthrough of the apartment - very nice. Good communication all the way. The apartment itself is quite a good size, with a good little kitchen, new bathroom with shower and fine bedroom. There is no balcony, and windows face the garden with no view. The apartment can be a bit dark during daytime - but also a bit ‘colder’ than outside which is nice. Only one of three of the major appliances can be turned on at any one time - washing machine, water heater and oven. Just to be borne in mind. Gas inket must be switched on and off through the window. So with its small charms, this is an excellent place. Seimming pool is located further upstairs. It has a Wonderful view over sea and city - incredible! A drawback is that no drinks and eating are alliwed at the pool. There were always quite few people in the pool. The apartment is located some 150 stairs above the city. Its hot in the summer! But eell worthwhile, snd you get to burn all that gelato you will be eating! Wonderful town and beach, lot of good local places to eat. All in all, fantastic stay!

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, hatte nur leider keinen Balkon.. der Außenbereich und die Aussicht vom Pool waren wunderschön, die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.. sehr zu empfehlen

The place has everything you need for a lovely stay. The grounds are amazing and the pool has the best view in town. Just be ready to climb many stairs to get there after going in to town. The owners were welcoming and thorough. We enjoyed our time there

De lokatie is geweldig.Vanuit de tuin en het zwembad kijk je over de hele baai en Levanto. Tuin en zwembad zijn fantastisch onderhouden.De entree van het appartementencomplex doet veel luxe vemoeden. Helaas bij binnenkomst in ons appartement valt het tegen. Mn de woonkamer:.slechte gedateerde banken. Verlichting kapot van koelkast keuken en afzuigkap (deze was ook vet en niet schoongemaakt)..De woning is vrij donker wat in de zomer juist een voordeel kan zijn vanwege de temperatuur. Bestek en glaswerk was onvoldoende ook gedateerd en slecht en geen écht wijnglas te vinden. Badkamer en slaapkamer zijn redelijk.Er is wel een wasmachine aanwezig en je kunt de was drogen op een dakterras met wederom schitterend uitzicht. Via de nodige trappen kom je bij de zee en in Levanto. Ook het station is op 10 min loopafstand ,wel weer met trappen.Als je niet goed kunt lopen is deze lokatie moeilijk bereikbaar. Heb je een auto tot je beschikking dan kun je ook met de auto naar dorp en strand..Wel overal betaald parkeren.Bij het appartementencomplex kun je gratis parkeren. Cinque terre goed te bereiken per trein.

Wir würden wieder kommen! Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr saubere Wohnung und tolle Vermieter, bei denen man herzlich willkommen ist und die sogar einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service vom Bahnhof anbieten. Die Wohnanlage hat einen Guardian der rund um die Uhr da ist und ebenso sehr hilfsbereit ist.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights at the end of September. The property is exactly as described and was the perfect place for our visit to Cinque Terre. It is a very comfortable apartment and had everything we needed for our stay, including two Moka pots for morning coffee. Ambretta and Bruno are great hosts, they picked us up at the train station even though we were two hours late due to a delayed flight. We got to enjoy a few swims in the (huge) pool while we were there. (Ambretta was kind to provide us with pool towels.) The apartment is located at the edge of town on a hill, it's a very quiet neighborhood but it is uphill coming from town by foot. Nothing too difficult, a very nice walk through a few neighborhoods. We always felt very safe, even walking home late at night. Also an easy walk to the train station. We actually enjoyed our time in Levanto more than the touristy and busy towns of Cinque Terre. We went to the outdoor market which takes place every Wednesday morning and enjoyed a few great meals in town. We're looking forward to coming back.

We had a very good time in Levanto and the Cinque Terre; we liked "our home" in the apartment of Ambretta and Bruno: Everything very clean and functional. Ambretta and Bruno were very friendly and helpful, they picked me up at the station. Bruno gave me a map with the footpath to the station (and to downtown and the beach). This was very useful since we used frequently the train for Cinque Terre.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment in early October for 4 nights and loved it! The owners met us at the train station and drove us to the property, which is only 4 blocks or so away, showing us foot paths and walking routes to town and points of interest. The apartment is fully equipped, exceptionally clean, and delightful. The property has a great safety and grounds manager-Sri, and his wife and answered all our questions. The pools close Oct. 1 SO DID NOT USE THEM BUT THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL IN THEIR SETTING. The apt does not look out over town, which is a good hike up a foot/stair way, about a 10 minute walk, but has great windows and light looking onto the back garden walls and area. We really liked all of Levanto in its entirety and are so glad we stayed there instead of Cinque Terra towns as there is so much more to do, places to eat, and great dining, hiking, biking options with way less tourists. "The apartment had everything you need for a self catering stay. It was very comfortable and well situated. The view from the apartment was onto a garden wall which was a little disapointing. The price of the apartment was very reasonable compared to other apartments near Cinque Terre and this apartment was only 10 minutes walk from the town and the station. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful information when we moved in. My wife unfortunately broke her ankle in town and the owner was again very helpful in letting us know how to get medical attention and she continued to take an interest in my wife's condition for many weeks after we had left the apartment."

"This is a small one bedroom flat located in Levanto. The flat is in a building that was formerly a hotel. There is a living area containing 2 settes, a table and 4 chairs and an american style kitchenette. There is a separate bathroom and double bedroom. The bedroom contains a single wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets. The bathroom contains a shower cublicle, WC, bidet and washbasing alongside a top loaded washing machine. There is no dedicated parking available to this flat, but there is parking available on the street in front of the building (free). The flat is located approximately 5 minute walk to the railway station (Levanto) through a pedistrian walkway. The town centre is 5 minutes away by taking a flight of stairs and a pedestrian walkway. The pros of the flat are that it is located near the station and the town centre (which was important to us as we went walking in the Cinque terre and portofino by catching the train). The cons of the flat are that there is no view from the flat (the windows back onto the back garden of the property which is short and then a tall wall. Also the property has no outside area to sit and relax. There is a shared pool but it was empty (no water) when we were there and so we could not use it. The property has a porter. The hallway that leads to the flat in the property is somewhat dark and drab. The shower cubicle of the property needs to be refurbished as it is quite old and now has some mouldy areas. The property has some old fashioned electrics in that you cannot have the oven on at the same time as the water heater. The water heater is good for only a 7-8 minute shower after which the water goes cold. The next person to have a shower then has to wait a good 15 minutes before being able to use the hot water in the shower again. This property is suitable for a couple wishing to walk in the area. However the property needs to be refurbished especially the shower."
