Made to feel welcomed as soon as I arrived at the hotel. There is nothing here I did not like.

A truly family-run hotel, the staff were absolutely great and welcoming. Our room was spacious, warm, very quiet and comfortable, and with a gorgeous view of Mont Blanc. Dinner was great, and the breakfast is well worth paying for.

Staff were super friendly and helpful from the reception to the bar to the restaurant. Lovely welcoming team who went out of their way to be helpful - felt really looked after. Also, view of Aiguille du Midi from the room was breathtaking on a sunny day

lovely comfortable hotel, friendly staff, restaurant very good.
location for skiing is not ideal, you have to get buses everywhere, they are very packed and only every 30 mins, but that’s the situation for all skiing in Chamonix.

The staff is really friendly and spoke excellent English. Breakfast is amazing and hot water supply is plentiful.
Chipped bowls for breakfast. Location is about 5 minutes by car to the centre. The place is dated but it has its charm.

Spectacular view and great location for peace and quite holiday. Staffs were so nice and helpful. Very homely atmosphere.
We've learnt that the hotel is run by family. That's why we felt so warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We loved the foods, beautiful views, pool, sauna. Foods were amazing! We loved the cheese and cake buffet.
The hotel kindly provided us an exact room which we requested for my big 50's birthday. Fantastic Mountain view with a balcony. Couldn't ask for more.
I didn't mind at all, but it was shame that the Jacuzzi was not working. When I asked, the manager was very kind apologetic about it. She explained that they are repairing. I was happy with how she dealt with me. I am sure it's fixed by now!

The food in the hotel is outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and high standard of cuisine. The set menu was excellent value.
Nothing really apart from it would be handy if the slopes were nearer and the bus and train transport were over utilised. Buses need to be more frequent

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Rooms and bathrooms were big and clean. People at the reception super friendly.
location is good but not in the center of chamonix. breakfast could be better (a bit poor for the 14 per person rate) .
