I just wish they tell you that “cleaning your room is optional or must be requested” when you check in. Not next day when you find your room not cleaned and new towels…. Should have red the fine print on the sticker in the room.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was very nice and clean, staff was friendly, and amenities were just what we needed.

I had one major issue with the thin walls, listening to the man in the next room snore all night. It was unbelievably loud to where it felt like he was in the same room. Also, the tv would not pick up regular channels, it just went black after selecting channels, I was stuck watching Tubi.

Short two nights but very comfortable. Parking available on premises outdoors and underground with locked gates. Extended breakfast hours compared to other hotels and variety. Nice rooms, fridge available, complementary bottled water, and coffee available at all times. Comfortable beds and accessibility options for people with reduced mobility. Friendly staff.

My bed smelled like someones head sweat. I requested the pillows to be changed out. It didn't help the smell. First time ever I had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed ever at a hotel. It was totally gross.

Newer hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms. Nice staff. Good location close to main highways. Multiple dining options close-by. Parking $9.

It was our first time staying; we drove almost two hours to see a soccer game. We booked a room, and everyone at the hotel was amiable. My husband, my 1-year-old child, and I stayed at the hotel. The hotel room was clean, and it was quiet at night. I love that the parking was only $9 a night very affordable as well. We will be coming again :)

The hotel was very up to date, clean and breakfast was delicious.

It took nearly two hours to check in and we were exhausted. Hotels.com staff was so helpful, but the hotel front desk appeared to be new or not able to work through the established processes. We arrived at 12:30 am and did not get into our room until after 2 am. The room was beautiful and I loved the garage parking. Breakfast met the need to eat before taking off in the morning.

They tried tk change my king room to two queen room whcih wouldn't work, wifi was not available and when we called tk get it resolved the receptionist had me to talk to their IT dept and fix the wifi myself and be on the phone for 30 min to get it resolved, and the mini fridge did not work ..

Very clean inside and out. Staff are friendly. Breakfast Buffet choices are good. Laundry room available. Secured parking in the Ground Level
The only thing we didn’t like is ir was too noisy and we can hear rowdy guests screaming in the hallway, next door talking too loud and footsteps from the upper level.
But we’ll definitely come back here again.

The room was clean. Bed was comfy. The area is nice and I don’t mind paying the parking fee. For the most part it was quiet. You can hear door slamming but over all pretty quiet and so much available with in walking distance

The staff is very responsive, helpful and kind. The hotel was more than I expected in the price range as to comfort and modern updates.
The only thing I can think to suggest is extending the breakfast hour on the weekend. 9am on a weekend seems a bit early to close.

Room was not ready when guest arrived. Hotel then gave room to traveller that was unmade. Traveller reported the hotel as dirty and unkept. Staff was not helpful

This is in a wonderful location to freeway and businesses along El Camino. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly. I will defintitely seek this hotel out again.

They would like to charge me 8 solar for each night for parking

After an argue they did not charge me for parking
But they said that in next stay I must pay for parking I n the upper lot as the garage parking
