Great experience! You can tell the owners take great care of the property. Everything is updated and clean. The layout worked well with two families. Each couple had a king size bed and the kids had queen size beds. The location worked out well. Kids were able to get to the beach and pools easily. Kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware. My only suggestion would be to put some string lights on the upstairs porch for ambience. The beds were comfortable with quality linens and the decor was very tasteful.

This property was as shown and so roomy for 6 adults. It was awesome to have a bathroom for every bedroom and the location is great!

We stayed in this home for 2 weeks at the end of July. The home is beautiful and looks just like it does in the photos. Clean, spacious and quiet (which is very important to me). The beds were very comfortable and they provide everything you could need in the kitchen. Close to the beach and you have access to the pools, gym, etc. I highly recommend! I only have one suggestion and it has to do with the outdoor spaces. I wish the outdoor shower in the garage was enclosed. That way we could have removed and rinsed out our bathingsuits and brought less sand into the house. I also wish there was an umbrella over the table on the back porch and when I sat in the screened in porch there were a lot of gnats, so you may want to check to make sure the screens dont need to be fixed.

The house was so clean. I did not have to clean before we unloaded, which I usually do. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

This home was clean, comfortable, and everything was in working order (A/C worked perfectly!). The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The walk to the beach or tennis courts or restaurants/entertainment is 2 minutes, but it was very quiet on our street. Excellent/easy check in and communication with property manager made the week easy. My only suggestion would be to add a recycling bin for curbside pickup. I'd definitely stay here again!

The house was awesome and even better than the pictures depict. Very clean, updated and close to the beach. The management company was great. Definitely recommend this house.

Stayed here with my mother and sister, the house was very nice. Very clean and comfortable!! Plenty of nice towels. and the kitchen also had plenty of plates, glasses, flatware, etc. Also, there is a noise ordinance that ensures that there won't be any loud parties late at night, which was great. Very close walk to the beach and the beach was lovely. Also, close enough for walking to the stores and restaurant as well, and there is a bike rental place close by too, if you wanted to rent a bike. Overall, we loved the location and the house. I will say, the reason for not 5 stars is because I felt like it would have been nice if there were beach towels and beach chairs available to the renters so we wouldn't have had to bring our own or buy there. Also, it would have been helpful if some normal house supplies, for example coffee filters, a normal container of dishwasher tabs, laundry supplies, just basic consumables type things - were provided as part of the rental. I have stayed at many VRBO houses over the years, and really enjoy staying at a house vs a hotel because of the comforts of home on vacation, and just a few small things like I have noted would have made this a solid 5 star VRBO. Given the price and the fees for this home, I think it would be a realistic expectation that some of the normal household comsumables would be provided as they have been in every other house I have used in VRBO.

This property has been nicely renovated in the past few years. The kitchen is so inviting and well stocked that we enjoyed eating in vs. dining out. The house is situated on a corner lot and is filled with beautiful sunlight during the day. It is very close to the beach and amenities, but feels private. I am usually ready to leave a rental house after a few days, but the quality of this home made me wish I could stay longer.

This is a beautiful, well-designed home that actually feels like home. Very clean, nice decor and great location within Wild Dunes. Perfect.

The house is great! Close to the beach and all the wild dunes amenities. Home is in great condition and comes with everything needed. Only missing a grill.

Loved the floor plan at 73 Grand Pavilion and the proximity to the beach. The walk was closer than many condos we have stayed at in past years and other beaches. The handy shower in the garage was spot on. We tracked very little sand inside the home due to the location of the walk to the beach and the shower. We had a few problems with our internet connection the second evening, but it was resolved in 5 minutes by calling the number we were given for technical problems. Charleston/Isle of Palm was one of favorite vacations ever. Beautiful home and so much to do in the area. Overall, there were no surprises. The remodeled, super clean home was EXCELLENT.

The property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 small children. There is an area for the adults to hang out, play games, watch tv or just talk and an additional area for the kids to play. Great proximity to the beach, the pool, and the boardwalk. Nice and clean. We parked 3 suv's in the garage under the house and still had room for bikes and beach stuff.
