Nice lakeside apartment, perfect size for 2-3 people. The apartment is stocked with coffee and snacks. Very comfortable. It was too cold for the lakeside which is what attracted me in the first place. Maybe next time.

In search of a post hurricane getaway, I logged into VRBO and once I saw the property I couldn’t sign up fast enough! The pictures represent the property very well however when I arrived I couldn’t believe how stunningly beautiful it is in reality. A well maintained landscape with towering cypress, bamboo and fruit trees make a picture frame for the lovely house set in the middle of the estate.The owner greeted me upon arrival and took me on a tour of the grounds, outdoor amenities and the lakeside deck. She invited me to use the kayaks, fire pits and gas grill. The suite itself has an ample living area equipped with a fully smart TV, with Roku. There is a mini fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, etc. There was definitely a sense that nothing was missed. The adjoining bathroom has a great and spacious tile shower, with all self-care and toiletries thoughtfully curated. The jungle walk to the lakeside was illuminated with brilliant incandescent string lights that gave the entire property an added charm. I enjoyed the hammock as the sun and moon traded shifts and shone off the calm mirror of the lake. Great horned owls and sandhill cranes called out along the banks. After enjoying this serenity, I took a drive in search of some good eats and was glad to find many options nearby. Upon retiring for the night, the bedroom was notably thoughtfully curated, free from any outside noise or carryover from adjacent rooms. As I lay encased in the softest sheets and most comfortable of beds I thought that out of all of my travels and stays at various VRBO properties, this one stands out for its artistic charm, its natural and soothing character executed perfectly by a host that cares more for comfort for her guests than just making a booking. This trip was nothing short of enchanting!

The stunning lake location amid lush vegetation combined with the well designed, ample suite made me wish I could stay longer! My favorite property to date and I can’t wait to return!

There is a microwave, small coffee pot and plenty of thoughtful amenities. The bed is very comfortable, and the shower is excellent. A stroll down to the lake will have you feeling like you've escaped it all! Overall excellent in every way!

I needed a place to get away and relax, and that is exactly what I got. The lake house was absolutely beautiful, and serene! The room was so comforting and felt like home. The outside just as wonderful! Judi was an amazing hostess, and I would definitely come back for another stay.

Great place to get away and relax but be within minutes of great restaurants and good shopping options.

We were happy to meet you Judi and stay at your lovely property, that looked even better in person. ; ) The lake & tree view was very relaxing and made us feel right at home. The breezy canoe ride and lounging on the deck was just what we needed. Thank you for all your hospitality and special touches in the cozy cottage as well! The local dining spots that added to our wonderful stay, were, Esposito's Italian Restaurant, Glory Days Grill and Korean Hot Pot BBQ. We'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet, clean and cozy get-away!

This stay exceeded our expectations. The property was gorgeous, exactly like the pictures and the host was the sweetest! Perfect mini get away for a relaxing weekend. Had the added advantage of being close to Busch gardens for a day of thrill seeking. Will be visiting again!

The home owner wanted to charge me extra on the side after we had agreed terms in our messages. I was blackmailed and basically forced to leave the property and had to open a case with VrBO.

This was just what we needed. Perfect time away! Thank you Judith for maintaining a fabulous property. Just a wonderful time. We love Lake life!
