Exactley as advertised

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Mountain Lodge. Beaver Creek was quiet in early June, some restaurants and activities not yet open for the summer. But the unit and lodge were nice, the location was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We used the exercise room multiple times, the media room to watch a movie, and sat in one of the hot tubs. The unit had two bedrooms, one was a master with larger bathroom, the other good for two children or young adults. The kitchen was stocked with silverware, pots, pans, etc, and we cooked a couple meals in.

We enjoyed our stay. It was everything we expected. It was very close to everything in Beaver Creek resort.

We had a great stay at HML. The condo is close to everything so that you wouldn’t need a car but we did appreciate having one and the garage access in the condo was easy. The kitchen was a little small and we wouldn’t have wanted to try to cook large meals (no cutting board, for instance), but it had most of the essentials and we ordered or ate out most meals anyway. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful as was the ski storage service. Condo is a short walk to slopes but escalators made it easy. Only small suggestion would be some added hooks for hanging gear. We also found that the unit got very warm during the day despite the fact that we had the heat turned off. Not sure if it was the sun coming in or heat from the units below. Not an issue overnight and we simply cracked a window for a bit to cool it down when we returned from a day on the slopes. Communication with the manager was excellent and there were other nice touches such as starter packs of detergent and some toiletries. Thanks again for a great stay!

It took us a couple of days to figure out how to maintain desired temperatures by leaving windows cracked open (it was 19 at night). Loved that two humidifiers were in the unit since we come from the high humidity Southeastern U.S. Parking spaces are TIGHT in large SUVs (we had a Grand Wagoneer) but plentiful. This property will always be on our short list for future bookings.

We had a great experience with our rental and loved Beaver Creek. We were so fortunate to receive an upgrade and appreciated how responsive Michele was. We will be back and are already starting to plan our next trip!

2 weeks in Beaver Creek. Working and vacation. Immediate access to restaurants, hiking, horseback riding, golf, and tennis. Great pool and gym. Wonderful communication and super nice staff

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy access to the village center, a modern, updated apartment, and amenities that made our stay beyond comfortable we’re a big part of how much we enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and so did we. We didn’t find the close proximity to the pool to be at all bothersome… other guests were respectful and quiet when it was time to be. We would love to go back someday!

The HML always delivers and Michele made our experience even better with quick responses and local knowledge! We will book again thanks to her.

This unit was very comfortable. Just FYI it overlooks the pool and hot tubs so you can hear people. However, I never really heard them after 10pm. The free breakfast was a very welcome surprise and we loved how there was always hot chocolate and apple cider available. The room has a laundry unit in the room. The beds were comfortable. We reserved the media room to watch movies, which was great for the kids, NO bad things to say at all. All around a great trip, great location and great unit. The host was easily accessible, and retruned any answers quickly.

This was our first time staying at Hyatt Mountain Lodge. The location was excellent and we appreciated all of the amenities. We will likely be back next year!

Very nice property would stay again

We stayed here 12/25/21-1/1/22. This place is great if everything works in the unit / property. When something breaks or malfunctions, the responsibility to fix soley lies with you. The TV was going in and out on the first day and it completely went out the next day. My guess is that the TV had been in that condition for a while and probably no one addressed it. We immediately contacted the front desk and the "engineering" person came by a few times in the morning to fix it but couldn't. We are avid football fans and could not watch any of the bowl games. The worst part was that, due to COVID protocol, everyone had to vacate the unit while someone was working on the TV system. We ended up wasting a lot of hours just standing outside the unit!! One day, the "engineering" person took so long, my wife and daughter couldn't ski. The outside jacuzzi did not work for 3-4 days and there were a lot of frustrated people on the property. This definitely was not what I signed up for. Had I known about the TV and jacuzzi, I would never have considered this unit to rent. My sense is that this property is not being maintained that well. Adding insult to injury, there were a lot of empty promises to help and hollow apologies from BCRBO, the management company. Very very frustrating!!! I would not take a chance with this property in the future. Just not worth all the hassle if something goes wrong during your vacation.

The Hyatt Residence is beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. It's conveniently located in the Beaver Creek Village and the ice rink.

Loved the unit! The location was great and as advertised. Would certainly stay there again.

Everything was amazing

Stop looking, and book today! Excellent communication in the lead-up and during stay. Perfect proximity to the lifts, Village and shops. Best-in-class customer service. A wonderful winter paradise for our family.

The pool and hot tubs were a hit. Super handy and big enough to swim laps and have some fun too. Parking is tight but to be expected for this area. Great to be so close to everything.

Booking was a very pleasant process and the property was great. It was clean and located within walking distance to the slopes, shops and restaurants..

Good check-in. Condo decor was slightly “tired” for the cost. Dishes had not been completely cleaned when we arrived. Staff at building was inconsistent as far as helpfulness.

This is a nice, though fairly dated, unit in a good location right across the street and a short walk from BC village. The process was easy and the owner was responsive. We had a fantastic time and will be back.

There were none of the usual amenities that make it a five star: breakfast, beverage table or house keeping.

Easy access to the village and quick walk across street and up escalators to Centennial lift. Loved the first floor location as we had direct access to the heated pool and hot tubs! Unit was very clean, well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

Great location and property in the Beaver Creek Village area. Walking distance to everything you need and the staff at the property was great. Proximity to slopes was nice and just have to walk across street and up a couple of nearby escalators to get to lifts. We visited during the Covid restrictions so this made restaurant dining a challenge but well equipped kitchen in the unit made cooking for ourselves easy. Would love to stay here again

Overall we had a fabulous time! You can’t beat the location and sizes of the rooms for the price! Unfortunately the hot tubs were closed the entire week which was a bummer. Would stay here again regardless
