This is a very cute townhome that is easy to get to with an amazing view of the lake. It’s situated in a nice, quiet April Sound neighborhood that is very close to great restaurants and a large HEB. The elevator was convenient. We enjoyed watching all the boats and PWC’s go by from the balcony. While we didn’t get a chance to fish, we did see lots of fish jumping close to shore. The only negative was the yard area which was a bit over-grown and needed attention. But, a great place if you have pets.

The property was beautiful. The furniture was very comfortable and the elevator was a plus for us as we are elderly and it is difficult to climb stairs. Very nice property.

Home was perfectly suited for a small family or 3 couples. The master bedroom and bathroom is downstairs and two other bedrooms are upstairs plus the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is very well appointed, living room is super comfy and leads out into the patio where you can see the lake. Highly recommended. It is in a gated community and it is a quiet neighborhood.

This was our annual Christmas tour to Houston (we live in Dallas). We always stay on Lake Conroe and this house/condo was the best yet. It is fully stocked and is an amazing set up, kids up stairs, large private master down. Host was super responsive when we had questions. Great trip, this is a house I would fully recommend. (ps. there is an elevator which was great for the grandmas).

While in between a move we found this house. The host was quick to respond and very easy to deal with. Great location overlooking the lake and very quiet. Clean house and had all the essentials. Another plus was that it was pet friendly. We would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

This is our second time staying here, and we love it. The host is very accommodating, and the view is amazing. Having coffee on the porch is our favorite thing to do.

I want to start out and say the house was very nice and clean and the host was quick to reply! The screened in porch was nice in the morning, the kitchen was stocked for cooking, and there was plenty of room for my family and our dogs. The back yard is smaller than it appears on the photos which wasn’t a huge deal since we didn’t spend much time there. The reason why I can’t give 5 stars is because of the A/C. I admit we were there on some of the hottest days of summer, but an A/C unit should function well enough to maintain a comfortable temperature. 80 is not comfortable. Even when the A/C cooled down at night, it could not keep up by noon and by 4pm it was 78+ and the temperature didn’t start to come down til after 9pm. We were sweating through dinner and had to retreat to our own rooms in the evening because it was not comfortable to hang out in the living room. There is only 1 A/C unit for the whole house, while the other homes on the street all have at least 2. All that being said, during cooler months I would come back to this property.

The house was very nice. Great view. It’s a shame the beautiful trees block some of the view. The only things I would say on it is they didn’t clean too well from the people that stayed right before us, which bothered me, and the line to get into the neighborhood with the guards got old when you were going in and out. But we had a relaxing time with the beautiful lake views. We were very happy with our stay.

This gorgeous and innovative home was in a prime location on the lake. Close to all the conveniences; we enjoyed luxury living with access to all the water activities to enjoy. Elise was prompt and friendly for any questions we had. The home was thoughtfully stocked and organized. The screened-in deck upstairs was the perfect place to watch gorgeous sunsets or have our morning coffee with an awesome view. We look forward to going back to have more special times at this awesome home!

If you like staying at a place where the neighbor has music blaring for 5 hours non-stop until the time of curfew at 10pm and you can't hear each other on the porch overlooking the lake and if you like having this "loud" neighbor come to your fence line to curse and yell at you for reporting the loud noise that scare your grandchildren to tears, this is the 'nightmare' place for you. This was not for us. We left after only 3 days into our 6 day vacation stay and took the financial hit for the "lost" vacation days.

Great space to reconnect with family and friends. Dog friendly wirh ample space for our fur baby and friends' big puppy. The sunsets were beautiful and the location was petfect! Recommend without hesitation.

We had a blast at this lake house. It was very roomy for our 6 adults and one infant. Elise was easy to get a hold of and answered all of our questions immediately.

This is a wonderful, waterfront escape. The Home is very spacious, up-to-date, easy access to the water. The host could not have been more delightful. This home is a “must “!

The home was in the perfect location with beautiful views! We loved having the screened in porch that over looked the lake. Really allowed us to enjoy the patio with out the annoying mosquitoes. Home was very clean, beds were very comfy and easy check in and communication. Having the elevator was nice for carrying everything in and out. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a lovely property and is as described. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were nice but the sheets on 2 beds kept coming off as they were very worn. The pillows on the bed were really hard but there are extras in the closet i switched out so it was okay. I left an item and the cleaning crew located it and returned it so that was appreciated. We had a nice stay.

Very pleasant home right on the lake. Clean and spacious. Elevator is a bonus for people who have trouble navigating stairs.

My sister and I decided to take a stay-cation (we live in the Houston area) over the Thanksgiving weekend, and we selected this home because it allowed pets and was directly on the water. While the weather certainly didn't cooperate, at least we were able to hunker down in comfort in this lovely home. The owner is quite easy to communicate with, always responding super quickly, so check-in went well and the house was clean upon arrival. The beds were comfy, there were a lot of blankets for us to use, since it was a chilly time of year, and the gas fireplace in the living area was quite a nice touch. We especially appreciated the elevator to get our kitchen supplies and suitcases to the second floor. The primary bedroom on the main floor is massive, with it's own private patio, and had the weather been better, we definitely would have enjoyed that more. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed, except a bigger cutting board would be appreciated. If you do come in the summer, know that the upstairs porch is screened in, very important, and your fur kids have their own gated grass area in the backyard as well. Overall, besides a few minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out in elevator, both bathrooms and over stove), we were quite happy.

We enjoyed the property, but had a less than great experience communicating with the host for several reasons .The property itself is in a good location with a great view and very clean. The downstairs outdoor area needs a bit of maintenance to cut the vines off of the outdoor table and chairs. Having been a host myself, I found the check-in instructions to sound a bit threatening rather than welcoming with all of the do's and don'ts and lots of fines mentioned throughout, and I was a bit surprised the host didn't check in with us during a 4 night stay. Overall, we had a good stay, but it's not just about the property, but the experience as a whole...

We rented this home for relaxing girls weekend and it didn’t disappoint! This home was clean, beautiful and has great views on the lake. Elise thank you for making this trip effortless.

The accommodations were excellent. Beautiful views and all of the modern amenities you could wish for. We left refreshed and we would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at this property and once again the property well exceeded our expectations of what we look for in a property. It is a great location on the lake in a very secure gated community close to all necessities and many activities. One of the most important features I look for is cleanliness. This property is a five star for cleanliness . We greatly appreciate the host and the property and look forward to booking again for our next visit to Conroe.

House was a great fit for our family! We enjoyed the outside patios, yard area and access to water. Everything was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed!

Peaceful, nice lake view. No traffic noise. Garage parking is a plus.

We were visiting family in Conroe and the location was very convenient. The house was everything we expected and more. The small fenced back yard was perfect for the dogs. The common area behind the house provided an awesome view of the lake including spectacular sunrise and sunset views on the lake. We had a very relaxing, enjoyable visit with absolutely no issues. Thank you Elise for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful place.

Repeat renter from last year since we were so completely satisfied. Even with a major possible hiccup, Elise moved heaven and earth as to not disrupt our stay. Perfect jet ski/towable play location. Well stocked kitchen. Two thumbs up!
