The location was great to walk to the square and wedding venue!

This house was perfectly located within walking distance to many great restaurants and our friend’s wedding venue at Wish Well House. The house had everything we needed and was clean. It looks just like the pictures online. The backyard outdoor seating area was great for relaxing in the evenings. I would HIGHLY recommend this house and property manager.

We were there for my daughter’s wedding celebration, and really missed having closets in the bedrooms for our hanging clothes. Fortunately there was a hanging rack in one of the spare rooms and the couple who were supposed to stay in that room had to cancel due to illness, so we were able to utilize the rack. The other problem if the other couple came is there is not seating for six, only four in the living room? The only other situation that came up is my sister in law is 83 and had a difficult time getting up the front stairs without a railing. The best part was the house is very tastefully upgraded, loved the ceilings. Great deck. Thank you.

The location was perfect for a local wedding. The house was clean, directions presented well, linens and bedding were great. The only weird things were there was no AC in the master, so hot at night, the 2nd bath is right in the living room, so limited privacy and the house sleeps 5 or 6, but only has living room seating for 3. None of those weird things kept us from having a great trip.

The home was perfect for my family of six. Nicely designed and my favorite was the most comfortable beds ever slept on. The property manger was always in communication when we need something. We will stay again when in Georgetown.

This home is straight out of a "reveal" on HGTV. The decor is comfortable, yet beautifully appointed. The linens and amenities are exceptional, including a few drinks in the fridge as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. It is also within walking distance to town and has a nice barbecue in the backyard. To top it all off, the owners have high standards but seem relaxed and uncomplicated. They have a well thought out plan for managing the property and it shows.

We enjoyed this property. It had everything we could need for a short stay and visit with family. Great location! We walked to the square several times.

I rented this property for friends and family coming into town and they loved it! It was super cute, clean and a great location with a spacious patio in the back. I'd definitely rent this house again for out of town guest.

We went for the Two Step Festival. We were within walking distance of the charming square- good eats, good drinks. We were also able to walk just over a mile to the concert. The house itself was clean, great layout, fully stocked, and the patio was great to hang out in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful little house. Close to the university

What a wonderful home. It looks small, but it has plenty of room and the master bedroom/bath is 4-star quality. It had everything you would need and the instructions were perfect. We had a little trouble with the Nest thermostat, but I finally figured it out. The patio was so accommodating with comfortable chairs and tables. The street was quiet and only blocks to the main Georgetown square. You can walk everywhere. We would definitely go back to this perfect home.

This property is so much more fun than the pictures indicate! It’s beautifully decorated and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay.

We're a group of five long-time friends who are spread out over Texas, so we look forward to our annual get-togethers for a weekend of fellowship, shopping and catching up. This home is decorated beautifully, well maintained, super clean and provided plenty of space for all of us. The covered, lighted back patio was the perfect setting for relaxing with a good glass of wine and great friends! We had such a wonderful time...this was the perfect cozy space to gather for a fun weekend in Georgetown!

Greet location, easy check-in, thoughtful extras. Host was very prompt and helpful to answer questions.

We were there to visit family. It was the perfect place to stay for us. It was within a mile of my son's house. Lovely little cottage. It had an awesome back patio but we didn't get to use it because it rained all weekend. One thing though is the closet door in front of yhe washer and dryer was broken when we got there. The Bathroom with the tub needs something for short people to hang onto while getting in there. It is fairly deep and someone could easily fall and get hurt.
