This was a perfect location and great home. The home had everything we needed. The pool and spa were perfect.

Needs some attention to detail

It was a lovely and spacious home, we loved it. Beautiful kitchen with lots of counter space, a large outdoor sitting area with a good size pool-not for serious laps. We will be back again for sure.

We rented this house for a family wedding in Naples. Needed a 3 bedroom and a work room house. The workroom had been turned into bunk bed room. Desk in living room. The house was not as clean as I would have expected for this price. The rug in the living room dirty. Glass Lights in kitchen with layers of dusts and kitchen fan sticky with grease. Back yard furniture filthy with black dust that left marks if you sat on them. Two of the chairs were broken. The door to the backyard handle partially broken. 105 N ave had MAJOR construction with a big piece of metal in the front lawn and the east side of the street completely dug up for the duration of our stay. Trucks, diggers and working crew from 7 AM to 5 PM it was very loud even in the back yard Wednesday through Saturday. VaCasa who manages the house very difficult to deal with. The door to the house does not fit correctly. The lock with a 10 digit code not easy to use we had to call repeatedly to enter the house. It was poring when we arrived . To use the pool you have to make a separate reservation 48-72 hr before you arrive. It takes 2-3 days to heat the pool. I did not see this at the end of an email and called the first morning. First told they could not accommodate us. Several phone calls later they did make an “exception” and allowed us to pay the full fee so we could use the hot tub which heats in 2 hrs. Access was electronic. No need to be difficult. We will avoid this agency in the future.

This home is beautiful and offers ample space for everyone. The pool area is a nice relaxing area. You’re just little over a mile from the public access and parking for Vanderbilt Beach. Just minutes shopping and dinning options. This is one those homes you just hate to leave.

This house was brand new and just beautiful inside & the pool outside as well, however there was NO washer & dryer hooked up as stated as booked, unfortunately it was sitting brand new inside the garage all wrapped up and not available to use which caused a bit of an issue for us.

The inside was great, the outside with all the road construction and unfinished look of the property was awful.

The house is newly remodeled with nice furniture and accessories. The grill was filthy and the igniter did not work. There were no instructions for the cable system, the alarm, the pool/spa or anything else. Seeking help from Vacasa were met with promises but no action.

The place was super clean, kitchen and house was stocked up well, beautiful swimming pool, and bonus was the hot tub for those cool nights. Loved the location, five minutes to Vanderbilt beach, 2 minutes to Mercato, whole foods, variety of restaurants , the place is great for families or even couples who wants a home away from home.

The house was beautiful, roomy, and had enough dishes for everyone. During the first week the street was super peaceful- the 2nd week was louder due to a construction project going on the street. Once construction is concluded this will be wonderful paradise to relax at. House is close enough that you can walk to the beach , though park is still closed due to hurricane damage. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Vacasa was very good about communicating and responding to concerns.

We loved the house. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and pool were amazing and the beds were so comfortable. There is a covered area outside with great furniture. It was close to the beach and restaurants.

We all loved this house, it was perfect the house was extremely clean and it was well decorated!The kitchen was huge and the beds were pretty comfortable.We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come again soon.

We loved our stay at Vanderbilt Aqua Vista. The location was fantastic! Close to beaches, restaurants and activities for the kids. House was beautiful and newly renovated, beds we're comfortable and the private pool was the best! We can't wait to come back and visit!

I can't say enough about how beautiful this home is! It is absolutely perfect for a family of five, with tons of room to spare. The amenities offered are amazing and the covered pool is such a treat. Such a nice walkable neighbourhood, too! I would recommend staying here anytime you are visiting Naples - I know I will be!

Loved the place especially the private pool and the hot tub, close to the beach, whole foods and Mercato. The place is very clean and well stocked. We're definitely coming back.

This place was perfect for our vacation away from the cold. Space for our family to sleep comfortably, beautifully renovated, and the covered saltwater pool and spa were wonderful. We had an amazing time, and would definitely stay here again. We look forward to our next trip to Naples!

This place is gorgeous and in great condition. It was well stocked with the supplies we needed and was great for our young family. We loved the saltwater pool and proximity to the beach. Looking forward to another stay!
