Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood. Great home for large family. Owner was available when we had questions and was on it if problems.
Very clean, comfortable beds and lots of space. Pool was a bit small from pictures, but nice to cool off in.

Very clean, very spacious, beautiful kitchen and a beautiful dining room table for our family meals. Enjoyed the pool, grill and we will definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing and beautiful. The landscaping in the back by the pool was well groomed and beautiful. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. They were in the pool every morning by 8:00. Of course that meant grandma and grandpa had to get up and get in the pool too. Having it be heated did help. The location was convenient to major roads to get anywhere we needed. A grocery was close by. The host was super accommodating. Even got us a high chair for our 1 year old grandson. Our whole family agreed that when we come back to Phoenix we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. Plenty of room for everyone and able to enjoy the pool. The place is spacious and clean. Close by to all the places we wanted to visit. Will definitely book again the next time we visit the Phoenix area. Thanks Kim!

I searched very long and hard to find a sizable home for three days and host family members.
It needed to be close to Glendale. I was so thrilled with the location and all the bedrooms and bathrooms, plus outdoor space. My husband loved the garage, large sparkling, clean with beautiful epoxied floor. Having a sizable laundry room with washer and dryer was a big plus. Kim, the host of this property was great with communication as it is our first VRBO experience, and accommodating our special needs with very young children.

The home was as promised, large, comfortable and a beautiful backyard with a pool. The home was much larger than what the two of us needed but we wanted to relax and enjoy our stay. We were not disappointed!

The home and property were beautiful, clean and overall amazing! The property manager, Kim, was very kind, prompt and responding within minutes to questions that I had. I would highly recommend this property, and this property owner/property manager.

We had 4 families that came to Phoenix from Colorado for parents weekend at GCU and the house was perfect for us!! There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool was great and it was close to campus.

The house was beautiful, exactly as described. The check in process was smooth, other than me having trouble opening the lockbox. The owner was easily available for contact, which made the process easy. The only issue we had was some minor cleaning issues, like the fridge, oven, and cabinets needed to be cleaned, along with outside grill. Luckily we didn't need the grill because we cooked are food before we came, otherwise it would have been an inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend

This property is everything that Kim says it is. Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The host was very responsive to us. Check in was easy! We were a little confused about the check out but it worked out.

This property worked great for our guys Spring Training Trip. We had six guys and the five bedrooms and three baths worked well. Great TV room and really nice kitchen. We also enjoyed the heated pool. The location was good for the ball games we wanted to see and great restaurants and shopping were close by. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. There is a coffee shop close enought to walk to.

I cant say enough about how wonderful the host were, we paid the extra fee for early check-in and they exceeded our expectations and had the property ready earlier than promised. Which was great for us as we arrived early that morning. They work with us to let us in. Beautiful home just would recommend mirrors to be placed in each room for guest to be able to get ready in. Would stay here again for sure!

This is a very nice home in Peoria and the owner takes pride in it. Any questions were answered immediately. Everything was as described. My friends and family met here for the CFP and it was everything we could've hoped for. I can highly recommend this rental.

The house itself was fantastic, and the host was ever-available and accommodating. We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for the 10 adults in the space...and great entertaining space. Backyard is lovely and the kitchen/dining is great. Thanks Kim for a great stay.
