The staff there are terrible. Especially the female staff, not sure is she a front office or housekeeper. Very unfriendly and irresponsible. continuously called for 3 days and confirm my arrival time. I have told them I might get early, and I’m well aware of check in time. Request for early check in arrangements but get ignored in every 3 calls. I know I been told check in at 3pm. I reached earlier at 2:15pm, and been told check in only available at 3pm. Ok fine, went to nearest shop to grab a drink and back to them at 2:55pm, get disrespectful told again check in time at 3pm. Didn’t even try to help or request us to wait but get ignored. We been sitting there until 3, then the front office later check in 2 more guests first rather than entertain my request. I’m regular guest to the hotel but get treated in this way. Well, if other have good experience thn please continue and I will look for other stay instead!
