Hygiëne, personeel en ontbijt al was het erg krap zitten bij het ontbijt. Zeer kleine tafeltjes zeer dicht bij elkaar. Je kon geen fijn gesprek voeren samen zonder dat mensen naast ons mee konden luisteren. Het eten was goed al prefereer ik ontbijt in buffetvorm.
Door alle balken etc op de toch al niet zo ruime kamer vond ik het comfort wat aan de matige kant zeker gezien de vrij hoge prijs die je er voor betaald.

Ik miste een kleding spiegel 🙈 misschien stom, vind het fijn om te zien of de kleding mooi staat.

Very kind staff at check in, walked me personally to the room and explained the use of airco/heating. Room was clean and modern botanique decor. The breakfast at Teds was a highlight of the stay and the food on the menu was simply delicious. Next to the great location near shopping street and lots of restaurants, it is a beautiful old building. It is located on a quiet spot in the great city of Breda. A great idea is to walk and admire the Blind Wall Gallery in the city, although depending on the weather, it brightens up any day and as a bonus this is free of charge activity.
The sound of passing other guests in corridor, you can hear well inside the room. All guests have the same issue and they were gladly very quiet but this is the only negative, I could find.

Beautiful hotel in a walking distance away from everything. Breakfast served in a restaurant was a bonus!
The light from the air-condition control shines directly to your eyes when you are sleeping.

En hiver, il n’y a pas de looby, il faut passer par l’hôtel voisin. L’entrée est très froide et ouverte. Pour une personne avec mobilité réduite, l’entrée n’est pas pratique. Notre chambre avait une verrière sommitale mais pas de fenêtres et on n’a pas pu ouvrir la nuit.

Kreeg geen verbinding met de wifi. QR code werkte niet, handmatig intypen ook niet. TV had last van slecht beeld.

De botanic suite deed er erg lang over om op temperatuur te komen, het was 17 graden bij aankomst en na 2h 18 graden.

Absolutely everything was amazing, friendly staff, amazing building, very clean and immaculate, located nice and central to everything in the town.

Check in is at another hotel 300m from this one and parking was 400m away.

The hotel room was very comfortable and well appointed. We had breakfast at Teds and it was excellent and catered well for my gluten free diet. The staff, both at the hotel and Teds were very friendly and helpful.
We like firmer pillows and found them to be too soft for us.

Very nice area and interesting refurbished historical building. The hotel reception is in the sister hotel 200 meters away, access with a secured room card. It's clean and new.
No buffet breakfast, no fridge in the room. Plastic plants in the room for a hotel called Botanic in the Netherlands, the country of flowers... Huge mistake of decoration and taste. Too expensive for the offer.

The room was clean and the bed was good.
I wasn't aware when I booked the hotel that there was no reception bar or general areas in Hotel Botanique. For this I had to go to the hotel nextdoor. Because of this it was very impersonal. Also the room was nice and modern but I felt a little bit locked in because there was only a tiny room.

The location was amazing! Also great that breakfast was included in the price. And the staff was really helpful as well!
We couldn't find the reception at first, so we had to ask around. But we found it eventually!
