Location was good for us. Room was very small and tv had about 5 Chanel’s and not even a smart tv. If you wanted to really watch anything you had to pay $20 for on demand.

Didnt feel like check in person was happy to be there but check in went smooth. Quiet stay. Unhappy no.local news but understood that was being repaired.

The room didn’t have a fridge or microwave in it the bed was hard and the pool was dirty and the night staff just the lady we had problems with tv and she was getting smart with you

First of all the pictures are not what the room looks like today. Maybe 10-15 years ago. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the walls were so thing I could hear the TV from the room next door and the toilet was dirty (streaks). I was so bad we left.

The water in the shower did not get hot. The sink in the bathroom drain was slow. Not enough wall outlets in the room. The air conditioner did not get cold and comfortable at night.

Hotel is dirty. It’s the hotel for many families of patients at the hospital and it feels dirty. Elevators are terrible. One elevator sounds like it is going to come of the pulley. Very scary. Plumbing needs some attention. It needs a good cleaning.

The beds were uncomfortable. They were extremely firm. The shower handle was loose from the wall and you could see the pipe. One elevator was down the entire stay. Breakfast was not served on time. Could not get the tv to work properly. For the Memphis area, it wasn’t a bad stay. I was just hoping for a little better room than I got.

I stayed at this hotel in Memphis for just one night, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was particularly disgusting with stains still visible inside the toilet. The bed was poorly made and there was an unpleasant odor in the room.
The check-in process was frustrating as the staff was unfriendly and asked silly questions. Despite booking through hotels.com and having already paid, they struggled to find my reservation and tried to charge me again.
The breakfast in the morning was of very low quality, and the coffee was terrible. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everyone in the lobby was very welcoming. Rooms were clean. It was a quick two day trip and didn’t spend much time in the room but for what I needed it was perfect.

The room was clean and quiet. The room was also not ready at check in and we discovered while showering, the following morning, that there was no shower gel nor was there a bar soap at the sink.

Check in was fine and the room was clean. Shampoo was mounted to the wall instead of in small bottles. No laundry bag. Were told breakfast was from 6-9. When we got up and went downstairs, we were told we weren't getting breakfast. Half of the exercise equipment was broken.

I have stayed at Hampton inn in Michigan and they are very nice ! I had a room with a microwave no refrigerator the toilet ran all night I had to turn my tv up so I wouldn’t hear it and not one vending machine for snacks and by 11am there was no coffee !

Hotel was in a great location for those needing to be near the Hospital, no restaurant ,rooms could be a little cleaner but overall good.

This hotel is walking distance to the hospital, if it were not we would not stay here. The rooms desperately need to be updated. The carpet is old, the bathroom floors were sticky. The shower didn't drain well and filled up with water. Our TV did not work and the phone in the room did not have a phone cord to call and complain. Two different individuals that we met while visiting said that cars have been broken into at this Hampton. Staff was friendly.

Cars were broken into almost every night. We stayed for 7 nights and only got service one time only after we went and complained. Every day we had to go get towels. Way too much money for no service.

Arrived late evening and was given a room where the toilet didn’t flush and there was no running water. No apology, just a change of room. Staff also took two unauthorised payments from my credit card. Highly unsatisfactory for the brand.

The staff was very nice but the room was very dirty. There was black mold in the shower, all the drains were backed up, hairs all over the toilet, melted food in the freezer, AC unit was broken up, hairs stuck in the towels, stains all over the carpet.
We won’t be staying there again when we return next year.

The hotel is not very clean. We waited for 3 hours to checkin and the room had a dirty comforter, hair left in bathroom floor and no amenities (lotion, extra towels, bedding for the sofa bed). Additionally, I reserved a double. No housekeeping the entire stay. I asked for extra towels and none were brought. The downstairs floor was wet the entire time due to a leak with the ice machine.

The room wasn’t super cleaned out after house keeping of the last guest who stayed there, there was empty alcohol bottles and open bag of chips left in the drawers.

The bedroom itself needs a major update. Bed is pretty uncomfortable and pillows are terrible. Bathroom towels are bad quality as well.
We just stay there because is the only hotel close to the clinic we must go

The lady at the front desk was very nice. All of the employees were super nice. The floors in the room were dirty, we had two towels, but there was no refrigerator and no microwave in the room. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have one.
