This is our second time staying at the hotel, first time after the renovation. They did a great job with they style, decor and service. Our only complaint was we booked a villa so we could have a jacuzzi and it was broken half the time we were there. Once they fixed it, it still had algae in it and we didn’t feel comfortable using it.
Other than that the staff was great, helpful and very nice. The resort fees are insane so make sure you calculate that into your stay.

It is a beautiful hotel and the room was very comfortable. The food offerings were delicious and the area with the pools was large. Made for a perfect desert getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

After check in, our room was very spacious. The pillows looked nice but after laying on them, they're very, very flat! We ended up going home and getting our own pillows. This was a stay-cation for us so it was easy for us to do but I'm sure people traveling it is an inconvenience. The bathroom had paint peeling all over the place. The pool area had white claw cans everywhere all the time and food just left on the ground. Mostly in the water park area. The highlight were the two bartenders at the road runner cafe. They were amazing and so friendly. A pool waitress named Brianna was also very friendly. But for $400 a night, this was not worth it at all! I expected this place to not be run down looking and have more upkeep for the price. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

love the pool area and slide, only negative was no complimentary breakfast or microwave in rooms. You would think for it being so expensive a night they could at least include breakfast. Drinks by the pool on the pricey side. $19 for a small margarita is a little too much.

Overall, the entire staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would have enjoyed the Adult only pool more if it was enforced to be adults only the entire time. I would definitely come back though, The overall vibe was very nice.

The pool wasn’t as clean through out the day. There were leaves flowing around making look dirty. The pool should be checked a few times and keep it clean throughout the day. Pool sure be cooling during the hotter months.

They charge for Everything. The 3 day stay was already overly priced but then charge $30 for parking a night for a resort you already paid lots for! Is just ridiculous

We love this place but we got a room with the paint pealing off in the restroom exposing the wood which equals mold with time. It was a pretty big chunk aswell. Our sheet had holes all over. Cmon Hyatt the stay is not cheap to be dealing with stuff like that. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was nice. However we checked into our room and the bathroom was not clean. I had to call the maid. She came for 5 min and said it was clean. They charge for parking. So we paid almost $1000 to stay and still another $100 for parking 3 days. Saturday the pool is open to the public. It gets over packed. If you are from out of state the charge a "visiting California fee" of $150. This jotel is not worth all the fees they charge.

Family trip for 3. Went mainly because of the massive pool area with water slides. It was a huge mistake to go there in late July. The pool water gets as hot as a bathtub from midday on through until closing. There really is no “cooling off” in the pools here when it’s 110 degrees plus. I’ve been to the desert plenty of times and don’t remember the pools being like this. I wanna say that Vegas pools pump cold water throughout the day to keep customers happy.
The hotel staff was attentive and seemed happy to help despite the intense heat.

our second time back it was great thank you for a great time. a little bummed the spa was closed monday and tuesday. 3 other couples wanted to go in when we did but it was closed.
