It was an ok stay. Room had a strange smell so when you come in just open your door to air it out. The staff was very friendly and the old cat that roams around is friendly as well.

I wasn’t happy with my stay , i was there for work and by the time i was ready to sleep i had a women and a man nocking on my door it didn’t stop till i had to call the front desk to change me room and tell security to score me towards the lobby .. the time of this incident was from 2am in the morning to 5am

The first room I entered, had hair all over the pillow on the sheets and the pillows were disgusting as if they weren’t changed. I asked for another room. Yes, I was granted another room, overall, when I asked for another room, I had to wait still for another room, even though I was a customer in line prior to another customer who was trying to assist before me! Not cool!

The property looks nice, and the rooms are spacious. However, the walls are very thin, so hopefully you don’t have noisy neighbors like we did—I’m talking karaoke at 2am noisy…both nights we stayed. It’s a shame the developers didn’t do more to soundproof the building. Also, we had 2 tvs in the room, and neither worked. Not a big deal for me, but something to consider. I will look for different accommodations next time I visit.

Always a great stay at this La Quinta. Upgraded shower in room with no tub is so much better than the older rooms with tubs.

Great one night stay! We always book a room here when we visit family in Santa Ana and are never disappointed.

I got a handicap accessible room.
The tub was not anti-slip. My mom slipped while getting into the shower trying to sit down on the fold-out chair.
Staff did nothing when I told them. All they suggested was to put a towel down in the shower.
Literally had a 19-in TV. The sound did not go up so I could not even hear it while sitting on the bed.

The original room we stayed in the tv stopped working and so we needed to wait for maintenance to be switched rooms

Towels were so dirty with dried up poop or whatever was! Gross. Also linens had stains on it. The tub was backing up with water after a shower. Thank goodness, i was only there for one day

AC didn’t work. Three times I asked for help and was no one came to assist.

Room was decent. A number of homeless or drug users staying here. The courtyard and common areas had trash from the poorly behaved guests and the place smelt of cigarettes and weed. A fair amount of sketchy people milling around. Won’t stay here again.

The front staff was rude. There were people on the 2nd story landings sitting on ice chests, drinking their beer. The TV's didn't work with the remote control. The room smelled terrible.

The stay was good, included breakfast, it was ok.. but not bad. Well stocked with towels during my stay. And the front desk ladies were very nice. Would stay here again in the future.

Overall it was a good value, and conveniently located to many day trips we had planned. People at the front desk were polite and accommodating. A security guard was on-hand which gave us some additional sense of safety. We also appreciate the complementary buffet breakfast which saves some time and money each morning before hitting the road. The only complaint we really have is that the A/C unit in our room was very noisy.

Room was dirty, smelled of weed, air conditioner sounded like a fright train every time it turned on and that was every few seconds and couldn't keep the room cool. Homeless druggy's outside the rooms and showering in the hoes spicket every night about 11:30-12:30 went on for hours very unsafe feeling. Druggy's at the top of the stairs bleeding and peeing off the ledge. Housekeeping never cleaned once. The whole stay was kind of sketch and icky.

We reserved 2 queen bed room but they said they sold out. We waited almost 45 minutes to get in the room with one king bed and sofa. It was very uncomfortable and front desk told us he cant change the reservation and manager will fix it in the morning about compensation. Manager told us in the morning theh cant do anything because we already paid. She was rude and doesnt care since we already paid it. I called the hotel.com they tried to fix it. So much noise outside police came to property

Decent stay, close drive to beach and airport. Food places are everywhere near the hotel. Hotel was pretty clean, breakfast was decent and I’d stay here again. My only complaint is the loud AC in the room that screams when it’s on, but other than that no complaints about my stay.

We had to ask two times that they cleaned our room. Plus on our last day two police car came, I asked later in the receptionist and they didn’t know what happened.

It was good. The only thing was our toilet would not flush so maintenance had to snake it out. The bed next to the window was really warm on the side by the night stand. Not very comfortable. Needs to be replaced. Breakfast should be extended for those of us on vacay.

I was not told about a parking pass, my car was towed. It cost 477.00 to g see t it back! I was furious. Floor in room was so so filthy. Turned my feet black.

We seen a cockroach and we told the front desk lady and they didn’t do anything about it. She didn’t seem to care. She just said OK bedsheets were dirty, small pillows

Our stay was clean, comfortable and a good value. The location is right off the 55 freeway and only took 15 min to the beach and Anaheim. Breakfast left more to be desired though, 3 of the 4 days it was out of simple things like yogurt and toast.

The bed was hard to sleep, the bath tub was. Slippery, the toilet seat was loose, the bath room fan was noisy plus the microwave didn’t rotate

It was okay. You get what you pay for. Do not have high expectations. But there is always something not working. In one room, the shower drain was not working. They put me in another room and the TV was not working. Also, there were a lot of stains and dents and stuff in the room. Kinda gross. But it was cheap, so can’t complain.

The room was spacious and pool is nice however the bedding and carpet we quite dirty. We asked for an additional blanket and were informed there was not any available. The location is safe and breakfast was very nice.
