The only reason this place gets 1 star is the proximity to the beach. The building was filthy. The rooms were filthy. Floors, linens, people were dirty. The door to my room didn’t even line up and close fully. This was a last minute reservation and I would not recommend this “hotel” to any of my friends or family. I will not be returning to this location again. I didn’t want to touch anything. Sincerely, Disappointed

Staff was very helpful and courteous and kind. Only complaint I have is that the carpet was very dirty. If you walked in your bare feet, the bottom turned black. Remove carpet and put in tile would be best! Otherwise room, bathroom, and kitchen was clean.

We stayed in a room with a dirty bathroom, the toilet was dirty and the carpet in the room was also dirty. The trash was in the hallway at the entrance to each room because they clean the room every three days during long stays. When I went to the reception I asked for towels because they do not change them, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

Location great the staff was helpful but you had to complain about it the building maintenance was subpar and needed prodded to fix little things , screen door to patio shower on/ off, and need for toiletries and breakfast was far too small area. Pool was very nice and convenient but could use some maintenance the bar and restaurant were very nice and convenient and friendly

room was clean but under beds were nasty. even found a kids toy under bed

The lady at the front who checked me in was amazing, top notch service from her and no complaints about any of the staff... The major issue we had was how bad it stunk in that room, we bought air freshners and kept the door opened while we was there. If i was able to find another room while down there we would have but no hotels were available thats how bad the smell was.

My issues w/hotel; there was litter in the elevator every other time I would step inside. Hotel parking was very limited to hotel overnight guests during the day (esp starting around 2:00) into evening due to external hotel patrons tending to Boozy Egg bar & restaurant on the 1st floor. Disturbing that hotel guests had to cross the restaurant dining area & drunk patrons in order to dip in the pool w/kids...only to swim near additional drunk bar patrons! Some of bar patrons admitted they were not hotel guests & complaining why parking's limited & not enough hotel restrooms for their perusal! Hot mess...I've checked-out since & no longer there to clean-out cigarette butts in pool for your cleaning staff. Mgmt, Please address w/corporate.

The staff was overly friendly, but the breakfast was crammed into a corner that made it crowded fast. The pool area had a place to wash the sand off, but the pool wasn't very clean. My boys saw a poop filled diaper floating and we didn't know who to talk to.

Wasn’t the best hotel I ever stayed at would I be back probably not hotel needs alot of updating and the rooms could be cleaner my overall experience wasn’t so great will definitely not return

Staff was nice but hotel was very outdated and dirty. had a bad smell in the hallways. Was in a good location the beach was nice. We had a nice time otherwise.

We arrived to find employees smoking in front of a filthy entrance, reception wasn't much better, went up to room and it was so dirty, never cleaned, smelled of smoke, worker knocked on door looking for his cigarettes he left on balcony while cleaning which he obviously didn't. linens in bathroom dirty and hair, plastic in dirt in shower drain. we turned around and left. front desk didn't care that place was a mess. It needs to be condemned.

It was a decent stay for being at the beach. The room is spacious, but there was not much room at the doorway. The stove worked fine, but the burners were tilted and the pans could be replaced (bring your if you're staying longer than a couple nights). The room provided a steak knife for cutting and three basic cooking utensils (spatula, slotted spoon and spoon). You also get a pan, a sauce pan, and a small fry pan. The bathroom was spacious. There were flies everywhere. Tub was clean enough. There was lots of counterspace for everyone's things. Beds were comfy and smelled clean. Towels felt clean too. The breakfast was not impressive. Just a waffle bar, assorted yogurt, coffee/black tea and juice as well as assorted muffins and mini packaged bagels. My husband did not like the coffee. No fresh fruit (like bananas, apples, or oranges nor any cut fruit) or eggs/breakfast meat. The pool was okay; could have been cleaner. The best part of this place was being right on the beach and some of the rooms even had an ocean view. The bar was cute and Monday night had a cute little live music session. Overall, it was alright. It worked for a last minute 2-night stay for somewhere with a balcony and free breakfast as well as a kitchen. For bigger families and longer stays, I'd go for something else.

Great location for beach

Check in staff was very nice and helpful. Room wasn't ready to check in but assured me it would be shortly and thoroughly cleaned. Once in the room, we saw some old chewed up food in the floor so asked housekeeping for a trash bag which they gladly gave. When i bent down to pick up the old food i saw massive amounts of trash, food, dirty socks, toys, sunglasses. There was definitely no cleaning just beds made. The one bed had dried blood spots on the sheet. When mentioned to house keeper she quickly took care of it but it was still upsetting to know that it was like that and felt like room was dirtier than we prob realize

Very dated hotel but sufficient for a 1-2 night stay. Free basic breakfast and 1 block to the beach, quiet area.

Friendly staff. Convenient to everything. Beach area is close and beautiful. Parking was a treat because the car was out of the sunlight.

I was in town for a wedding. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was a good size and clean. And while I did not use it, it had a better kitchenette area than I have come to expect in Ocean City hotels.
