Unfortunately, when I checked in, my allocated room stunk of cigarette smoke, but thanks to fantastic service from Reception, I was able to move rooms.

Great overall experience for a proper 4 stars hotel, but parking with 33 Euros per night too expensive (4 Euro Apcoa discount are a joke) and 20 Euro extra for cleaning for having a dog in the room is also way too much.

Upon arrival, staff were helpful and courteous. Room was spotless and daily service was performed by friendly and efficient workers. Beds very comfortable. Room was large. The breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend the Radisson Blu.

Close to the train station and to Musikhuset where we heard a concert. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast bar was good.

The room was nice and clean. The service at the bar took very long time. And to pay extra 250DKK for parkering is way too much. Otherwise nice staff

Nice hotel that is really well placed for us. Completely solid business class hotel. We stayed in the cheapest room and it was totally fine.

Blod stain on pillow, receptionist lied to us, when we were entitled to a free upgrade they claimed all rooms were booked even though I could see on the website that they did have rooms available.

Good location and staff were helpful. Only trouble was the early morning banging from the nearby contruction site. Constant noise from Piling works at the nearby train/industrial yard. Only a problem on one side of the hotel. Asked to be moved which was accomodated and couldn't hear the noise from the other side. No partial refund offered as we were moved from a Junior Suite to a standard double which was poor.

Bathroom was dirty and also coffee cups and glasses in the room were not clean. Housekeeping need to do a better job. Except that - great location and easy access to parking outside hotel.

Great service, nice area, close to the city center. The rooms are large, but taking a shower is not so simple, due to the height of the bathtub and the glass. Maybe this is not the same in all the rooms. Moquette should be replaced with a wood floor. Excellent breakfast. In any case, I will choose this hotel also next time.

Parking rate was great.. but it was a problem trying to get to the hotel from the car park.

It's beginning to look run down and some of the staff seemed very unpassioned about their work.
There were large accumulations of dust on top of the light and mirror in the bathroom. The kind indicating that area hadn't been cleaned in months.
The restroom was fitted with very thin cheap toilet paper. Not rellay the kind of quality one would expect of such a holte.
Large pices of bread was on the floor infront of the bread station at breakfast, really not nice.
I'll try to avoid staying here in the future. There are a lot of better hotels in Aarhus.
